  This is the second time we come to this place ever since they opened, only to be told they do not have enough chicken. How can this be! This is a chicken restaurant! We certainly will not try a third time!

  Disappointing Experience! This Location Needs to Do Better Pollo Loco should be a great go to restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience at this location has been consistently disappointing. We’ve now visited twice only to be told that they were out of chicken. Because we genuinely enjoy the food and the brand, we continued to give this location another chance. Today, we were told they were also out of guacamole. On top of the limited availability, the food we did receive was extremely salty and had very little chicken. Considering what we paid for the meal, the quality and portions simply did not justify the price. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of customer service. There was no apology or effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. The response was essentially, “We don’t have it. Do you want what we have or not?”That type of interaction makes a frustrating experience even worse. The location on Airway has consistently had the products available and provides great service, so I know Pollo Loco can do better. I’m leaving this review because I genuinely hope management takes the feedback seriously and addresses the inventory, food quality, portions, and customer service issues. We like the brand and would prefer to remain customers, but if these issues continue, unfortunately, you will lose one.

  First and last time we order form here, we wanted to try this place and so disappointed on how badly they handle this place. Made me lose money and time for something as mediocre as this. I paid for meal for two and just got this instead Dont waste your money or time here.

  Placed a family order which cane with 4 large sides, i only received 3. When I pulled up to the window the first time there was at least 4 or 5 employees just at the window playing around. When I was about 10 min away we noticed the missing item, had to drive back , no apology was said and they were still playing around. I really wanted to give this place a chance but will now be going somewhere else.

  Terrible food; the driest chicken in the world. I don't know how this place is going to survive, considering it only opened a few weeks ago. The tortillas aren't great especially when you compare them to the freshly made ones you get at El Pollo Feliz.
