  Order the chipotle guacamole burrito and they serve me RAW chicken can’t even get a refund through the app so I had to call corporate

  Great chicken place. It's so much better than done Carbone, you know the ugly local place, this chicken taste better than any other fire grilled option around. Open a location on the Westside.

  This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. My mom and I decided to try something new for dinner, so we gave this place a chance. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. While we were waiting, it seemed like several orders were incorrect because there were quite a few frustrated customers. When I finally received my order, I noticed my "Avocado Bowl" didn't have any avocado. I asked about it, and the employee apologized and said they were out of avocado. It would have been nice if someone had told us before we ordered or at least before the food was served. To make matters worse, the food was cold. It seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. The tortillas were cold, and the overall quality of the meal was disappointing. The restaurant itself was also in poor condition. The trash cans were overflowing, the floors were dirty, and many of the tables hadn't been cleaned. I understand it was a busy Friday night, but the cleanliness and organization of a restaurant reflect how well it's being managed. From what I experienced, the shift appeared to be poorly run. Based on this visit, I probably won't be coming back. I would like to give the restaurant another chance in the future because everyone can have an off day, but this first impression was very disappointing.

  After being on a cross-country road trip for two months, I was so happy to finally have El Pollo Loco again! The drive-thru service was excellent—friendly, professional, and courteous. They did forget the salsa, so the food wasn’t quite as flavorful as it could have been, but it still hit the spot.
