    Stopped by today and honestly… I’m disappointed. There was no line, no rush, no chaos — yet the coffee still came out tasting horrible. When a location isn’t busy, the least you expect is quality. This was the opposite. It’s embarrassing for this store and honestly pretty pathetic. Do better, be better, because this experience was nowhere near acceptable.

    This Dutch Bros location is by far the best I’ve been to. I’ve lived in Dallas previously and that was where I was first introduced to Dutch Bros and their coffee. While I had been close by in Dallas, I never regularly went due to service and overall quality of the drinks. When I moved to El Paso, this was really the only local coffee place because I no longer go to Starbucks. I decided to give it a try when my sons were going everyday, I thought there must be something good about this place. I went and I originally didn’t really experiment with menu, I simply got an Iced Breve with a scoop or two of the sugar cane syrup. The coffee tasted clean and real, not just pure sugar. It was smooth and rich and for a while was my go to. I then went once with my daughter and she ordered me a Blended Dark Chocolate Mocha. That instantly became my new favorite and is the reason I go every single day, sometimes multiple times a day. Our entire family loves Dutch Bros and we have been all over Dallas and El Paso, we have tried all locations and the quality of drinks and service is the best at this specific one. All of the girls in there are very friendly and sweet, they take care of me well and always make sure the quality is great and that I’m well taken care of. Isabel is a very beautiful person and I wanted to specifically mention her because every time I go she makes me feel special and important. Thank You Dutch Bros Team at Paseo Del Norte!!

    I had gotten a rebel and the guy who took my order was being rude and I guess put the wrong drink. Then when I had gotten to the window I waited a whole 30 minutes to even get my drinks, when the one was wrong I kindly asked him to remake it. He had responded with an attitude and gave me dirty look I expected better from this environment.
