I also really appreciate the order-ahead option and the non-caffeinated options, so if I want a drink at 3pm, I'm not wired all night. Dutch will always be a 5-star in my book đź’›
- AAAlaniJun 2, 20261.0I ordered a caramelizer and a medium Black sweet tea, get up to the window and was not greeted by MARCO... instead he hands us the wrong tea it was visually green tea, while he's chewing food or gum and doesn't even apologize, and proceeds to hand me a black tea, I drive away and it's unsweet tea. So I got up to walk up window and let him know it was the wrong drink, and he decided to pop off with attitude and say he gave me the right drink in the first place ... I'm Sorry green tea don't look like black tea. So he proceeds to just not deal with me anymore and walks away!!!!!!! Mind you he's still chewing something and rollls his eyes at me, while proceeding to talk crap in the background. I have never had such bad service.... my normal. Store is the NE STORE AND have never ever encounters customer service in that manner! Please educate him on better customer service !!!!

I asked the girl taking the order to explain the promotion for the car fresheners and she told me it’s a bag per drink that contained 2 air fresheners so I got two drinks so that I could get two bags and I still asked her so if I buy two drinks, I’ll get two bags and she said yes so I paid. When I get to the window, I’m only given one bag. I let the girl know what the other girl had told me and they said nope so I asked for my refund . there was never an apology for the misinformation that was provided.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
