    I should have listened to previous reviews. This is one of the 3 DB on my way to work. Unlike the others, I do not get my drinks on time. I don’t know if they have someone click drink is ready… then it is not. I usually wait an additional 5-10 minutes then expected time at this location. Today was different, I had an appointment and I don’t like being late, so I left. There was two more people who arrived after me with the same app situation. I added a photo as proof. Order states ready at 7:38 then I left at 7:53 with no drink. If you are a manager of your time this is not the location. Usually one to two times is fine with running behind/stating drink is ready, but this is my 3rd time at this location. Best location in Montana or Paseo Del Norte for reference.

    I have had mostly great experiences at this location, typically everyone is friendly and helpful. So I’m not sure what changed today or what this girls problem was. My mom sent me for her order for pickup at 11:45. I got there around 12:05 or so. I decided to go to the walk up window since the drive thru was busy. There were two people in front of me, and the girl at the window had glasses on, was about 5 foot. She took a long time making the first girls order and they chatted for a bit even after she was done. I think the the customer might’ve been a Dutch bros employee as well but was off the clock. She told the girl working the window to check to see if the line behind her had mobile orders, and we all said yes. When I gave her the name for my order she had an attitude and told me she didn’t have that order. She asked if it was drive through, I said it was for pickup, I was under the impression you could pick up at either window. She tells me they don’t have any order under that name. She tells me this three times. I called my sister, she confirms the name of the order and sent me a screenshot showing the name and address of the order. I showed the girl and she said that she couldn’t find it because it had been such a long time since I ordered it (11:30) which I don’t know what that has to do with anything. Why would me being late make them lose my order? I asked her if we could still have our order and she said she didn’t know where it was. I spotted a few drink across the store that looked like ours so I had to point it out to her. She came back with only two of the three drinks, and I had to ask her for the other one. At no point did she greet me, she had a nasty attitude the entire interaction, and didn’t apologize for the mix up. I give food service workers a lot of grace because I’ve worked a ton of food service jobs and it can be frustrating so I get it. But there was no reason for her to be so nasty to me and insist that they didn’t have our drinks without even checking anything.. She asked several times if it was a drive through order so it was obvious she knew it might be on the other side of the store but she still didn’t take the initiative to check. And maybe it was an inconvenience to have to go check but it was not impossible and not a big deal, the store is tiny. She said her name was Joselyn. What the hell Joselyn? Why were you so rude? I literally just walked up to get my order and she persecuted me for it. I don’t get it. Have a better day, girl, I don’t know who hurt you. I hope someone from Dutch Bros follows up on this.

    I understand there are lines and all, but literally have me wait over 10 min outside the window without naming or giving me the order until I ask for it. Then give me attitude when I tell her she never called my name.

    Waited 15 minutes in line just to get skipped by the girl taking the orders. Ended up leaving but I can't believe they missed a 7 seater SUV. Never coming to this place again because their incompetency had to wait another 5 minutes to get out of the line! We tried to tell another girl but completely ignored us because she was trying to go in to clock out. Over all horrible experience!
