    Idk what has happened at this location but 6 months I have tried to give it a chance at this point starbucks is way better my order is ALWAYS WRONG like it started here and, there but now its every time I order it's pathetic must be a high turnaround in employees. I will be filling a complaint directly with the company.

    Spent at least 20 to 30 minutes in drive through line. Still tipped because I don’t know if it’s poor management scheduling or staff inadequacy. Sad but probably not coming back.

    I had such an amazing experience at Dutch Bros thanks to Miranda! She truly went above and beyond and was genuinely one of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever been helped by. Her energy was so positive and infectious, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making every customer’s experience special. Miranda was incredibly attentive, personable, and made what could’ve been a simple coffee run into such a memorable interaction. Customer service like hers is exactly what keeps people coming back. Dutch Bros is lucky to have someone who represents the company and its culture so well. Give Miranda her flowers (and a raise!!) because she absolutely deserves the recognition. 🫶🏼☕️ 10/10 experience!

    Definitely better than Starbucks coming from a Starbucks girl! Not anymore! The variety of coffee, drinks, even the food is great!

    Idk what EPT is doing differently but the Caramelizer are not made correctly!! They are super watery! It is like they are cutting the chocolate milk with water!! And this has been at each and every location I have visited here
