    Iā€™d watch the ice in your drinks and water. Got ice today and black mold was all over the ice cubes. They DO NOT clean their machine regularly as they should. BE CAREFUL. Besides that service was good, but that mold was disgusting. Also lines need to be organized, cars cutting each other off very often and its kind of ridiculous rather than just taking turns as they should be doing.

    Terrible service and an overall horrible experience. We ordered our drinks well before several other customers, yet everyone else received their orders while we were left waiting. The employee appeared to be on her phone instead of focusing on making drinks, which only made the wait even more frustrating. To make matters worse, one of our drinks had apparently been finished for a while, but no one bothered to let us know, so it just sat there. The lack of attention, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. The only positive part of our experience was Hector. He was the only employee who was genuinely helpful, kind, and attentive. He took the time to assist us, answered our questions, and treated us with respect when no one else seemed concerned about helping. If it weren't for Hector, this experience would have been even worse. He deserves recognition for his professionalism and excellent customer service. ( we waited for 40 min )
