  Horrible service, the cashiers act entitled, and have a very crappy attitude like if the customer owes them something. Metal that but this is the second time I go there and they are just yelling in the kitchen laughing like if they are at a party . Half of them are always on their phones, not paying attention to what they’re doing . they also make you wait longer than the other customers who got there after you and take their order before yours.

  Stopped by today around 4 and was greeted by Kaila, she was kind and helpful. We had lots of questions about the new drinks they have and she answered all of them with patience despite the intense heat. Overall a great experience today, i feel like the last few months of me coming to this location i’ve experienced not the best customer experience but today was a huge turnaround. I hope to see her more at this location

  Terrible service and an overall horrible experience. We ordered our drinks well before several other customers, yet everyone else received their orders while we were left waiting. The employee appeared to be on her phone instead of focusing on making drinks, which only made the wait even more frustrating. To make matters worse, one of our drinks had apparently been finished for a while, but no one bothered to let us know, so it just sat there. The lack of attention, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. The only positive part of our experience was Hector. He was the only employee who was genuinely helpful, kind, and attentive. He took the time to assist us, answered our questions, and treated us with respect when no one else seemed concerned about helping. If it weren't for Hector, this experience would have been even worse. He deserves recognition for his professionalism and excellent customer service. ( we waited for 40 min )

  Horrible experience, they took FOREVER on our drinks, didn’t even get them started until we told them something WAY AFTER we ordered, didn’t make the drinks right, it was not just today but every time I come to this location, worker was also on her phone most of the time time instead of doing her job

  Used to be a good location to stop, friendly staff. Last few visits, very slow. They are to focused on drive thru orders and ignore the windows customers. They say they will be right with you, 10 to 15 min later nothing. So we left.
