- GAGlo Alv3 days ago2.0I purchase Dutch Bros at least twice a week at different locations and never had a problem until today. At 2 pm I came to this location and this employee wearing a skirt, sandals and a bandana had a horrible attitude from the start. She took my order and you could tell she did not want to be taking orders. She came back to the window and handed me the wrong order. I gave it back and she wasn’t trying to stretch her arm to get it and she said “You could’ve gotten closer” She tried handing me another drink that wasn’t mine and said “How come you don’t know what you ordered” I made a comment to every response she had but I am not the one working at the moment and should have a great customer service.
- DADiana Apodaca4 days ago3.0Staff is always so serious, service is extremely slow taking 5-10 min per car..don’t come here if you expect quick service, go to other Dutch Bro’s in town, you’ll be in line for 30min before you get your order taken, might as well order ahead and pick up at the window it’s the fastest part about this location. I don’t come to this location often but EVERY TIME I have, the line DOES NOT move, the staff is not very friendly, and customer service is basically a foreign concept to this location.management needs to do something

I Drive off only to realize that I got a drink as white as cold milk which tasted like vanilla milk and not like my usual order. Guy that served me was the one with the beard, hat and highlights. Never gotten this kind of inconvenience from dutch bros and I am unsure if I should give them another chance. People, please check your drinks before driving off the window.

I was calling for a drink that wasn't prepared how it was supposed to in this mesa location and no one freaking answers..I dont think theres alot of drink complaints on line to have them hang up on me and no answer...its ridiculous ..

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
