Alright so I go here it's like what 11 in the morning on my lunch break, tell me why it takes them 30 MINUTES, to make my coffee, matter of fact I could have went home and made my own coffee in 5 MINUTES, mind you I was the ONLY ONE ordering coffee, what could be taking 30 MINUTES for a COFFEE, yea, my entire lunch wasted on a single coffee, next time I am going to farm my own coffee beans which would probably take less than 30 MINUTES

Great atmosphere and really friendly people! It’s definitely a busy spot, but the overall vibe was welcoming and enjoyable.

Sometimes they take forever to bring one drink... Mine seemed like it had been there sitting for a while and instead of just coming down the line to bring it to me... When I finally got my drink the ice had melted .. but I really love Dutch Bros drinks 💕

Worst service in El Paso and NM. The service is ridiculously slow and inattentive. I was standing at the window for over 20 minutes and they never took the time to acknowledge or apologize for the wait. The kid that supervises does not give a crap she literally told us with her attitude. Been to many Dutch’s bros all over the states and this one was by far the worst. Not surprised if this place doesn’t make it.
