    Coffee is great. The service is soooooooo slow! 30 minute wait should unacceptable at any drive up location. Also, treat your employees better. Out there in 3 digit heat with no shade! Yall should do better

    I’ve been getting my morning coffee every day for the past two years and normally visit the Transmountain location. Since I’ve been out of work and live closer to the Zaragoza location, I’ve recently been getting my coffee there instead. Unfortunately, I really feel the Zaragoza location could benefit from some additional training. The last several times I’ve gone, my coffee has tasted burnt, and when I order and pay for a large, my cup isn’t even filled to the top. For the amount of money I spend on coffee regularly, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a full cup in the size I’m paying for. The staff has always been nice and friendly, so this review is not about their customer service. My concern is with the consistency and preparation of the drinks. I would really like to see more attention given to making the correct sizes, filling the cups appropriately, and ensuring the coffee doesn’t taste burnt. As a loyal customer who has purchased coffee every morning for years, I know the quality can be much better because I consistently receive it at the Transmountain location. I hope management takes this feedback as an opportunity to provide some additional training and improve the consistency at the Zaragoza location.

    I've ordered several times via mobile order at this location. Today I ordered right at 8:00, said my order was going to be ready at 8:13 in the app and it's 8:25 and it's not ready. I order on my way to work and it's very frustrating having to wait 15 minutes passed the estimated ready time. I've never had this issue at any other Dutch Bros. I guess when on this side of town I'll just stick to Starbucks 😢

    Ridiculously slow I tried 3 different times and each time they would take longer and I have been to other Dutch bros with longer lines and would get my coffee faster I don’t usually give bad reviews but I had ordered a coffee for pick up at the window and received it over 20 minutes later. The barista that attended us in the window decided to give the customers after us their order although they came to order at the window which we had to wait even longer for just 2 large coffees.

    I’m a frequent customer and a big fan of Dutch Bros. I was excited when this new location opened because it’s close to my home. However, this has happened to me at least three times: I arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the posted closing time and the lights are already off. Tonight, for example, I arrived at 9:30 PM. Please make sure the actual operating hours match the ones posted online. I really enjoy your products and hope this can be addressed so customers can rely on the published schedule, evidences in picture below where you can see hours in my car and lights turned off in location, this doesn’t happen in other DB locations
