Ive seen him interact with other customers and he puts a smile on everyone's face. This is the best location to go too. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get my drink. Hes great and so is the entire staff. Im religious about this dutch bros! 10/10

Tevon always goes beyond to help costumers judging on one bad day should not reflect her. This location gets really packed and I think they do a great job.

The guy with short messy hair taking the orders wouldn't stop flirting with the two female customers in front of me. He got their number, kept caressing their hands, and went inside to give them what they ordered and still kept talking to them and holding up the line. Frustration does not beging to explain how annoying that was. It normally takes less than 5 minutes to get my order but not tonight because it was more important flirt than to do job. I had to throw away my drink because he is handling food and drinks but he was caressing their hands and not sanitizing his hands while handling my drink. Im so grossed out. Im going back to Starbucks at least they keep their lines moving.
- KPKamila PrietoJun 4, 20261.0I ordered a two drinks from this location and it said the drink would be ready in 10 mins and when we got there, there was a line and we were there for 5 mins before I decided to get pickup order but the order wasn’t even ready to be picked up, so when I apologized and asked if she could get me my order already which I thought was already ready, she said okay but proceeded to work for 20 mins and then another 15 mins pass and the girl who talked to me left and when I tried to ask again for my order the other two employees were busy. So I think just because I asked them to give me my order which had passed from 10 mins ago from the origin time, they purposefully made my order late for asking for a little shortcut because the line was long even though my order should’ve been made 10 mins ago.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
