    I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times the employees have been so nice and welcoming. And now my dog knows that every time we stop, she gets a pup cup. She loves coming here just as much as I do!

    We absolutely LOVE the Dutch Bros on George Dieter! My fiancé and I are huge Dutch Bros fans, so after taking our engagement photos, of course we had to stop and get our drinks. We asked Tristan if he could take a quick picture of us with our drinks, and he truly went above and beyond! He was genuinely SO excited for us and made such a special moment feel even more special. His excitement was contagious, and the entire team joined in and celebrated with us. They even wrote “Congrats!” on our drinks! It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to us. Everyone at this location is always incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. We’ve been here so many times and have never had a bad experience or a single complaint. Thank you, Tristan and the entire George Dieter team, for being part of such a special day for us! You gave us another little memory from our engagement that we’ll always have. 💍🤍

    Today was awesome! The girl I ordered my drink from was so nice and had awesome energy! They even gave me one of the tins for road trip games and a sticker from the monthly thing from yesterday. Just kind of sucks that I didn't get her name :(

    I’ve been coming to this Dutch Bros because it always felt different from every other coffee shop. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. You didn’t just stop for coffee—you left in a better mood because the people working there truly cared about their customers. Since Dany and Devin are no longer here, the experience has completely changed. The positive, welcoming environment that made this location so special just isn’t the same. It feels like the heart of this stand is gone. The coffee doesn’t even seem to taste the same anymore—not because the recipe has changed, but because the care and consistency that used to go into every drink just don’t feel like they’re there. The entire experience feels rushed. Instead of feeling welcomed, it feels like you’re just another car that needs to get through the line as quickly as possible. The vibes that made this location special are gone. The laughter, the conversations, the genuine kindness, and the sense of community have all been replaced by an atmosphere that feels impersonal and hurried. It’s disappointing because this stand used to be somewhere I actually looked forward to visiting, even on hard days. This isn’t about a drink or a wait time—it’s about the culture that was created. Great customer service is what builds loyal customers, and that’s exactly what kept me coming back. I hope management understands that employees who make people feel valued are the reason customers choose one location over another. I’m disappointed. Right now, this location has lost the warmth and personality that made it stand out, and it’s genuinely sad to see.😞

    This is unacceptable. The drink was almost entirely ice, and there was barely any liquid in the cup. After just a few sips, all that remained was ice. Customers shouldn’t have to pay full price for a drink that’s mostly frozen water. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t continue happening to others.
