You know usually I don't have an issue with dutch bros. But this specific location kinda sucks. Either pickup or drive through the wait time is a killer. And for the drink to not even be as good. In the pickup window, there is this one girl I always get and she is so rude and still bothers asking for tip. Drive through people are nice. But this location is always so packed.

Slow service, took them 20 minutes to even get the line moving, got skipped and then the girl came back to me, the service is way to slow here this location is terrible.

Came here because I had a horrible experience at the McRae location. Let me tell you that this is the best Dutch Bros in El Paso! Customer service was top-tier, the service was also very fast, and above all the drinks were delicious. Will be coming here often from now on.

I was visibly having a pretty rough morning and the staff there noticed and were so kind to me. They helped turn my day around and made me feel seen. Hats off to these guys, great food amazing service.
