- ESElisabeth Steen2 days ago3.0I come to Dutch a loooooot. Normally I don’t have any issues. Was just very disappointed because I repeated my order multiple times when ordering just to get the entire order messed up. I learn to find out they now charge for light ice. I get light ice because I drink slow and don’t want it watered down as fast. They failed to inform me that is an additional charge and the charge depends on the size you get. I only found out when I asked for a receipt when they messed up my order and had to pay again instead of them apologizing or trying to listen to what happened.

Definitely recommend this location! It’s probably the best in El Paso! 12/10 for sure.

Your kindness and ownership speaks highly of the Dutch Brothers team and yourselves. Keep changing the path of the Universe one being at a time. That's something money can never buy.
- AMAlex MJun 13, 20262.0So annoyed with my visit today. I checked in and told them I was here for an online order and gave my name. I stood there for 30 mins, and they all seemed super disorganized. I saw two drinks at the counter but I had already told them my name and that I was here for pick up, so assumed they weren’t mine. They saw me and my friend just standing and never thought to call out that drink. They were calling out other drinks that were being made out. I had to go up and ask where my order is just find out, it had been ready mins AFTER I TOLD MY NAME AND THAT I WAS HERE, and was just SITTING THERE THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME! I ended up being late to my movie cause of this. Also they got my order wrong, and my drink was poorly made.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
