  The manager here is so rude. Arguing with customers because they just want to sit in the back and talk instead of doing their job. There's no semblance of customer service in this establishment. Make the extra trip and go to Redd or Paseo del Norte. These employees always sound miserable and the place is always dirty

  worst experience ever the woman in the window out of spite threw bacon all over my grilled cheese instead of inside even when I ordered it with bacon inside and they said they would "remake" it they did not they just threw bacon bits and gave them back rude and mean customer service. It seems the entire staff is incompetent and doesn't follow orders when it is clearly stated on the order

  I was very disappointed with the customer service at this particular Dunkin’ location. One of the male employees was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. He did not greet us or acknowledge us in a professional manner. When I approached the counter to purchase an additional item, he responded in an irritated and dismissive tone, “Are you ordering something else?” His attitude made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him simply by being customers. More importantly, this is not an isolated incident. I have experienced problems at this particular location on at least three separate occasions. On another visit, a female employee displayed a similarly unfriendly and dismissive attitude. On a third occasion, I placed an online order and discovered that items were missing from my order. At this point, the repeated issues involving both customer service and order accuracy make me concerned that this is a broader problem at this particular store rather than one isolated interaction with one employee. I believe management should address the overall customer-service culture and provide specific staff training. Training should emphasize basic greetings, professionalism, respectful communication, appropriate tone when interacting with customers, and proper verification of orders to ensure customers receive everything they paid for. Dunkin’ is a major brand, and customers should be able to expect basic courtesy, accurate orders, and professional service. Since I have experienced issues repeatedly at this particular location and with more than one employee, I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

  I'm in here right now. My latte is ok, I guess. I asked for Heavy Cream instead of milk, but they don't have Heavy Cream. I know that's not the typical way a Latte is made, but Starbucks makes it that way for me and it's delicious!! I also ordered a bagel and it was toasted, but incredibly hard to chew. It was really weird. I don't know how or why it was like that!! This place isn't very clean. I didn't ask them to wipe the table I'm sitting at, so that's on me!! I will say that the customer service is great. I just wish their menu items were more consistent. 🤷

  This location seriously needs to improve its customer service and order speed. Every single time I come here, my order takes a ridiculous amount of time to be completed. Last week, I decided to use the app because I thought placing my order ahead of time would save me time. I placed the order 15 minutes in advance, took my daughter to school, and then drove another 10 minutes to the store. When I arrived, my order STILL wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting about 10 more minutes in the store for them to make it. Other customers were already frustrated and complaining because of how long it was taking to get their orders. Today, I tried again and placed my order about 25 minutes before arriving. I figured that would be more than enough time. Nope. When I got there, my order still wasn’t completed. After waiting about 10 minutes in line, I was told to pull forward. I refused because I had already waited long enough and had placed my order well in advance. The employees became upset with me, but honestly, customers should not have to keep waiting or be asked to pull forward when their order should have been ready in the first place. And to make matters worse, I leave the store, take a sip, and realize it’s not even what I ordered. This is not an isolated incident. It happens over and over again. The service is extremely slow, orders are often incorrect, and the attitude toward frustrated customers only makes the experience worse. Management seriously needs to address the staffing, efficiency, and customer service at this location.
