She could not seem to understand what it means add milk to a drink, no matter how many ways I said it. The cashier also had a horrible attitude and was upset that she had to give us cream and sugar for the coffee they forgot. Absolutely terrible service.

I’ve ordered ahead multiple times and when I arrive it’s a 50/50 chance the order will be ready. Most recently I arrived and they said they had to remake the order because it was given away to someone else. They didn’t even know what my order was, I had to show them the order. When I received my order it was wrong. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Their prices are about the same as their competitors without the great experience their other competitors provide.

- EEElsa EstradaJun 11, 20262.0I went in today to get some work done on my laptop. The employees are friendly but so loud that they could be heard over my noise cancelling earbuds and loud music. One young male employee comes out into the dining area and starts dancing and almost falls over as he hits a chair. At one point I start moving my head to the music, and that same young man starts laughing. I look over at him and he keeps laughing while maintaining eye contact with me. Was he laughing at me? I don't know. But his yelling behind the counter, as well as other employees who were yelling is enough to keep at least me away. There was one young lady who took my order and was very helpful. I wish I got her name.
