  Quick to ask for a tip even when going through drive through. I did give a tip, now I regret it. Five employees gave me my coffee and donuts really quick, then asked me to move to side and wait for the cups that go with my box of joe. 10 minutes later, nobody is in line outside or inside, I walk in and ask for my cups and they ask me what I'm talking about. I remind them I bought a box of joe and they asked me to park on side and wait. Then a light turns on in their heads, ohh yes, here it is, we forgot you were out there, laughing. I didn't find it funny. That's why I hate they ask for a tip before they have even provided any service. I will not be visiting this location again. I will also not be giving a tip again when ordering. Provide a service and earn your tip. The establishment should be ashamed of asking for a tip when you pay, before any service is provided. Another way for the establishment to avoid a proper salary for its employees and encourage employees to not care about their job. The tip is already given, they don't have to do a good job anymore.

  Pésimo servicio al cliente💔 Fui a por un desayuno y me querían cobrar de más. Luego la chica no me quería dar mi ticket dice que para ver qué había ordenador y dármelo. Luego lo arrugó todo para tirarlo y no servirme. Después de esperar más tiempo de lo debido fui y le dije Oye y mi pedido y ticket? Y ahí fue cuando lo tenía hecho bolita en la basura 😞 Y me dio mi pedido feo… y la cereza en el pastel es que me puso el ticket arrugado que estuvo EN LA BASURA dentro de la bolsa JUNTO a los DONUTS😭

  I don’t know what it is but it has been years coming to this location since like 2021, and they always do the drinks the most plain way as possible. Matcha looks literally more like milk than matcha. I’ve ordered matcha the same ways since 2021, and compared to the George Dieter location or the Resler location, doesn’t even compare. At this one I even pay for the extra matcha scoops and still PLAIN. Even if you order the avocado toast with bacon bits, they add a literal SPRINKLE of bacon. I do not recommend this location at all.
