I hope yall hire this man he clearly hates working there!!! The young boy that working with him today at 4pm super nice did a better job then him as in fixing my drink!
- PPPat PatJul 28, 20262.0I go there every day and they are so inconsistent on their drinks that it’s pathetic. One day it’s watery one day. It’s too strong one day. It’s too much sweetener. It’s just totally inconsistent. The staff is very nice but very poorly, trained and high turnover. I cannot understand how they can make such good coffee taste so watery and weak unless they are watering it down on purpose.

They made me pay twice for my order and 3 months later still no refund for the donuts I never received. I placed an order for 2 dozen donuts and a meal on the app for pick up. When I showed up, they gave me two meals, would not look at my receipt on my phone and kept insisting the app messed up and I needed to either pay again for the donuts or move along. It’s been 3 months, multiple emails, and I never got my refund for the donuts I paid twice for. Since it was an app order the store couldn’t refund me. The manager on duty was extremely rude and I’m still out $40. Donuts will be coming from local shops only at this point or from Krispy Kreme.

Instead of being returned with this attitude, I was ignored at the drive-thru window and my drink was made wrong despite me repeating the order to the order taker 3 times and me being one out of only three cars in line. When I went inside to fix it, the girl was a bit rude to me and interrupted my apology for wanting it fixed by saying “let me know if it tastes right.” This location is definitely one of many that offset customer service to prioritize time. I love my job and try my best to brighten my customers days, whether it’s 8 a.m. or 10 p.m.
