I tried calling today and the number is out of service. I order a breakfast sandwich before work and it had a lot of pet hair all over it. Outside and inside.

My experience at this Dunkin’ location was extremely disappointing. To start, I tried placing my order through the mobile app, but as usual, it didn’t work. I’ve attempted to use the app multiple times at this location, and it consistently has issues processing orders. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I wanted to order the Strawberry PB Cloud Ice Latte that was being promoted. I was told they didn’t have it available. The employee offered to substitute it with the regular version. I asked if it would taste the same, and she said no. I then asked if it would cost the same, and she said yes. At that point, I declined because it didn’t make sense to pay the same price for a different product than the one I wanted. I then ordered a Peanut Butter Iced Decaf Espresso Latte instead. By this point, I was already frustrated because this location rarely seems to have the products they advertise. On top of that, whenever customers ask about advertised items, the staff often seem annoyed or bothered by the request. After I paid and scanned my rewards points, I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. When an employee brought out my drink, I noticed the cup was only about three-quarters full. I politely asked whether that was how the drink was normally served or if something had gone wrong. I was told that was how it came, although they offered to me to go inside and ask if I wanted. Unfortunately, I was on my way to work and didn’t have time to wait any longer. To make matters worse, once I started drinking it, I realized it had been made with regular espresso instead of decaf, which is exactly what I had ordered. For some people that may seem like a small mistake, but when someone specifically orders decaf, there is usually a reason for it. What frustrated me most was the overall lack of attention to detail and customer service. It felt like accuracy and customer satisfaction simply weren’t priorities. I want to be clear that not all Dunkin’ locations are like this. The Pebble Hills location has always provided excellent service and deserves recognition for that. Unfortunately, my experience at the George Dieter location was the complete opposite. I do not recommend this location. Between the mobile app issues, unavailable advertised products, an incorrectly prepared drink, and poor overall service, this has been the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve had in El Paso.

I was pulling into the drive through when the car in back honked . I got out the way since they were in a rush. To find out a worker was being dropped off , wearing dunkin uniform. And the young worker flipped me off. I have no idea what provoked this young lady to act so poor. I did not go an order my coffee as I wanted . This is disappointing you have a worker flipping off customers in YOUR brand name. That’s what you’re representing.
