To find out a worker was being dropped off , wearing dunkin uniform. And the young worker flipped me off. I have no idea what provoked this young lady to act so poor. I did not go an order my coffee as I wanted . This is disappointing you have a worker flipping off customers in YOUR brand name. That’s what you’re representing.

I was perfectly nice to you and you wouldn’t assist in any way when you gave the order out to the wrong person. I verified with DoorDash the order was only assigned to me so great job being so confident and yet so wrong. I hope you have an awful day.

Then the girl giving the drinks mumbled something and just walked away we weren't sure if she was talking to us. Everyone at this place had the most unfriendly face ever. Most unhappiest work crew I've ever seen.
- CLcatherine loweJun 18, 20261.0I went to your store today at 6/18 at 10:25 am to get the cup holder you were giving away with a purchase of a coffee asked if you had them could clearly see one was sitting on the counter behind the register one employee had no idea what I was talking about sadly the other employee says actually we ran out if that was the truth I wouldn’t have to write this sadly I was lied to didn’t want to embarrass somebody for lying to me but I can tell you from a person that visits Dunkin’ Donuts on a regular basis I absolutely will not visit your store again I will take my business elsewhere if that’s what employees do lie to customers because of whatever reason not going to assume why I was lied to but have the decency to not have the damn thing right where I can see it and act like you pulled one over on me it’s disgusting that behavior would be tolerated that’s what the damn things were for customers not employees it’s very sad very sad I get you only had a limited number of them but clearly when one is sitting right in front of your face and an employee lies right to your face that’s a employee problem not a customer problem I would give you zero stars if I could but I can’t

Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving, had to wait 13 minutes for 2 wrap up breakfast, and they still got it wrong. Everything costs more, yet the service gets worse. I'd rather spend gas and go to the Yarbrough location, friendlier and orders on time, as it should be.
