I get it its early, yall are dealing with a "rush" (seven people) because of the buckets but that doesnt mean you get to treat us like we are cattle. No greeting no good morning, nothing. No bare minimum niceness. And they spoke in barely a whisper and got fed up when I ask if they could repeat themselves. Literally got to the point that I didn't order what I wanted just because of their attitude. Then my bucket was not closed properly and it spilled all over me and my car. Like im already having a bad morning because of the interaction with Ulysses. Then this. And to top it all off I was contacted by the manager I guess with the worse excuse of an apology ever. I dont understand why they even bother contacting me. They didnt say sorry, they said sorry you felt that way, which we all know is not an apology. Like why even bother calling me if you're going to be as apathetic as your employees? They just said "well all I can give you is a free coffee" and I could literally hear them roll their eyes over the phone. But I guess the manager is the one setting the example for the employees 🙄🙄🙄. Literally ruined my entire day, which i didnt think was possible after the morning I had Ticket #477
