The food and drinks are great but the customer service, accuracy and satisfaction, not so much. One time I had ordered a half dozen doughnuts that I specifically picked, when I got my order, there was no Boston Cream doughnut, they instead replaced it with a donut they chose and they never mentioned that to me. At least let your customers know when you are out of something that way we can choose what we want. Well, this time I had a reward and I decided to get a 10 count PUMPKIN Munchkins through the app. So when I get to the window, the gentleman gave me the box and I said thank you and he just stared at me lol. I parked and when I opened the box there was an order of mixed Munchkins lol, the receipt clearly shows that I ordered PUMPKIN 🎃 😅 Well I went inside and stood there for a minute before a gentleman noticed me and right off the bat he asked me, "Was it all mixed or just PUMPKIN"? LOL This means that they knew they had messed up. So the gentleman goes and gets the PUMPKIN Munchkins and a small bag with a PUMPKIN doughnut and tells me that he gave me that for the inconvenience. Well I go to my car and open the box ONLY to find 9 Munchkins lol. So now I wonder if he gave me the doughnut because he ran out of Munchkins or he doesn't know how to count? 🤷♀️ Like I said, I really love Dunkin Donuts but I feel they need a LOT of IMPROVEMENT as far as customer service and ACCURACY.

Mind you, this has not happened like back to back so all of the previous times I just said to myself “probably a bad luck day” and that is why I kept got back. After today I won’t be going back anymore because this has just become a trend at this point. I was rushing so I didn’t notice until I had practically arrived to work and it was too late to go back 😞 I ended up throwing the whole drink away. Also, the tip thing is annoying… I always tip but it’s not fair to get the hand held POS shoved on your face to tip before you even know if they did a good job.I tipped today for a cup of oat milk and some syrup.
