- UUUrk3 days ago1.0i have NEVER written a review bro😭 but shit was genuinely horrible, me and my girlfriend went to the drive-through, and immediately got attitude by this dude telling us to wait, and like wtv, it happens, but then we get to the window and theres like 9-10 people working, and then we still gotta wait like 10 mins at the window too. we finally get our stuff and go home, the matcha tasted like nothing, the kolache was black, the sandwich literally was tossed together like some mcdonalds shit, and my refresher tasted like sweetened sandpaper. then we go to complain and some dudes telling her to calm down and all this, like yes bro we want to be here at 10:00 am when we could be eating at home, yall need new staff, in fact, burn the WHOLE industry down

Hot chocolate should actually taste of chocolaty, but this tasted more like warm water with a hint of chocolate. On top of that, I waited a long time for my order, so it was frustrating to finally receive the drink and have it taste like this. I feel like my time and money were wasted. Please do a better job with the hot chocolate and make sure it actually has a strong chocolate flavor and the right consistency!

She charged me for an item that wasn’t complete it should of been charged less. Then the donuts didn’t taste fresh. Then she mentioned to the other worker that I didn’t tip. I usually do btw but this time I didn’t because I don’t support poor service. And then she didn’t even reach to give me my order. She made Me reach all the way almost in the window to get my order. Guess cause I didn’t tip. That was an messed up move considering I had surgery.
