- KCKimberly CookMay 7, 20262.0One My drink wasn’t even made correctly Two tell me why the employees are clueless on how to manage the app I was trying to activate a offer they had on the app and they didn’t know how and when they “figured it out” and I asked for certain donuts the girl looked at me and was like oh that was just for the reward points . 😑the frustration I felt because I was actively asking about the $4 half dozen donuts and she just stared at me like we were playing a game . I ended up getting out of line and just ordering my drink in the mobile app.

I did see them struggling pouring the nitro. The lady looked frustrated and just handed the drink to the other lady. I paid full price for a little over a shot of coffee.

We ordered 3 donuts and 2 seperate orders of donut holes and drinks. Our donuts were put in the bag incing upside down and 1 donut right side up and both donut hole orders shoved into one box. The box was then put in the bag with the donuts onto of the icing which caused the icing to get all over the box. The bag was practically shoved at me and then told to pull forward to wait for my drinks. I was surprised at the service when they were not busy and no cars in the parking lot.
