  Pésimo servicio! Richard fue muy grosero al tomar la orden, y cuando salió nuestra comida ni si quiera nos habló, nos tuvimos que levantar por que ya había pasado mucho tiempo. Y nos dimos cuenta que ya estaba todo listo pero nadie nos habló para avisar.

  To beging it took them 10 minutes to talk to anyone when we came in. The place was dirty and not upkept well. We placed an online order and they got it wrong. There was an error with the system on their end and when we came to get it fixed they said there was nothing they can do. We asked if we can just get the pizza refunded and Tlthey asked for all 3 pizzas back, but we had left the other 2 at home. We asked if they can cancel it and just charge us for 2 they refused. The manager stated that they can remake it but it would take an hour at least.... the manager Richard was rude as were the other employees, jonathan and i didn't get the other names. When I was talking to Richard he would only respond in English and when he gave us the new pizza he would only speak to me in Spanish. Good thing I am bilingual but another Spanish speaking client was not as lucky because when Jonathan was trying to take her order he refused to speak Spanish to her and the whole interaction was just rude.

  Waited 20 minutes just for this? Absolutely worth it. Didn’t even taste like a typical pizza—instead it had this super light, crispy texture that honestly reminded me of a perfectly baked cracker in the best way possible. A unique twist that really stood out.

  Carbide pickup time was at 5:15 pm. Pick up time changed numerous times. Waited outside in heat for almost 30 minutes in the heat. Asked a delivery driver to check on my order after 15 minutes and still waited another almost 15 minutes Pizza was cold. Tried to fill out survey, but there was absolutely no order label on the box. Ysleta location in El Paso Texas.
