  Yesterday, we went to watch the Mexico game. When we arrived, we politely asked a waiter if it would be possible to play the game with the Spanish broadcast. The waiter said they would ask the manager. A little later, we approached the manager ourselves and politely asked if they could change the game to the Spanish broadcast. Instead of simply saying it wasn't possible, the manager responded, "No, I can't play the game in Spanish because we are in the United States." His response was unnecessary and disrespectful. All of the customers around us were there specifically to watch the Mexico game, and there were much more professional ways to answer our request. He could have simply said that the broadcast could not be changed due to company policy or technical limitations. As Spanish-speaking customers, his comment made us feel discriminated against and unwelcome. Coming from a manager, this was especially disappointing. We were respectful throughout the interaction and expected the same level of respect in return. I hope management addresses this situation so that all customers, regardless of the language they speak, are treated with courtesy and professionalism.

  Five stars honestly doesn't feel like enough. My buddy and I stopped in just to catch the Mexico vs. Ecuador World Cup match, grab a quick bite, and head out. Instead, we ended up staying much longer because Edgar made the entire experience so much fun. Right away he recommended the Eat & Play Combo, and glad he did. We were just going to buy Power Cards, but he explained that for not much more we could get our game cards AND entrees. It ended up being a much better deal than we realized. Both of our meals were fresh, hot, and really good actually. Edgar also asked if I was signed up for the rewards thing and he was able to add an extra 100 chips to my game card. That was an awesome bonus we never think of and would've forgot about. His service was outstanding from start to finish. He checked on us at just the right times without hovering, kept our drinks full before we had to ask him, made sure our food, drinks, and game cards came out quickly, and had us laughing the whole time. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and wants everyone to have a great time. On top of everything else, he made sure we got entered into some free raffle they were doing for the Mexico jersey before it was too late, which we really appreciated. Great food, great atmosphere for watching the match, and exceptional service. Edgar completely changed what was gonna be a quick stop into one of the most enjoyable outings we've had in a while. If you visit the El Paso location, do yourself a favor and ask for Edgar. You won't regret it.

  I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Dave & Buster’s⁠. We came to celebrate a family birthday and instead left frustrated, disgusted, and deeply disappointed. What makes this even more unacceptable is that the restaurant was not busy at all, so there was absolutely no excuse for the level of poor service we received. The staff and managers on duty appeared poorly trained, disorganized, and completely unprepared to handle even a normal flow of service. Communication was terrible, service was painfully slow, and basic issues were either ignored or handled incompetently. The most alarming part of our visit was the complete lack of food safety and sanitation. We watched our waiter touch the bun of a hamburger with his bare hand while trying to figure out which plate belonged to whom. That alone was unacceptable and raised immediate concerns about cleanliness and food handling standards. Unfortunately, it got worse. One of the water cups brought to our table had visible food residue stuck to it, showing that dishes were not being properly cleaned. Even more disturbing, a burger at our table had a bug in it. Finding an insect in food is beyond disgusting and completely inexcusable for any restaurant. The restrooms were absolutely filthy. Toilets were filled with feces and looked as though they had not been cleaned all day. A dirty restroom is often a reflection of what happens behind the scenes, and after everything else we experienced, that was extremely concerning. To make matters worse, the male manager on duty was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns with urgency or empathy, his attitude made an already terrible experience even worse. A family birthday celebration should be enjoyable and memorable for the right reasons. Instead, this visit was memorable for all the wrong ones. Management needs serious retraining, staff need to be held to much higher standards, and sanitation practices need immediate attention. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

  Let me tell you, Lexy and Ashley are wonderful servers and Lexy accommodated my children and I the first time we came to Dave and Buster‘s about one month ago in May 2026. Her attention to detail and her professionalism and kindness was spot on, and my children wanted to request her again to be our server but I told my children that I have no idea if Lexy is working on this day that we came again June 29, 2026. Our server today was Ashley and she was very kind and very accommodating and my children and I were very pleased with her professionalism as well.

  I hate to give this type of review but for what we spent and what we got, I expected a whole lot more! Food was ok, it was good but the service! It wasn't even busy at all, was just our table and 2 other. Service was bad think they kept forgetting we were there and then got the nerve to overcharge us too, she did fix that but come on. Not one person there was friendly and made us feel welcomed! Nobody greeted us when we walked in either, had to ask where we could sit at then girl just pointed to some tables and said someone will come to take our order. It was a very cold atmosphere, no happy face saying hi or bye like literally nothing. We all were disappointed, the kids did have lil fun but have not mentioned this place since even when we ask where they want to go. I don't like giving bad reviews but I'm not going to lie especially when treated like nobody's! It's not my fault either all I'm saying is the truth, which was up to them. Don't know if something happened that day or what. Have only been there one time, maybe we went on a bad day or something but still.
