  I have been to Dave & busters before never dined and frankly first time was disappointing and dissuading… Our waitress was friendly and as attentive as could be however I am very dissatisfied with the lack of manager appearance throughout the entire dinner even though there was one other table in the entire restaurant . All the food looked amazingggg no matter what you wanted they had many options and prices are around what you would usually spend at another restaurant… Now as someone who enjoys her steak and acknowledges it is not a steak house it is not their specialty but am someone who has worked in management/ food service understands customer satisfaction there has never been a time where I have sent back a steak for being to raw or too cooked or any plate for that matter that the manger did not bring the plate out and guarantee satisfaction… My steak was too rare for my liking do not mind sending back and was notified by the waitress that her manager said I would have to get it medium then I said okay and sadly all that came back was a unappealing burnt piece of steak which I ended up not eating… by this time my family was waiting for me too eat allowing their food to get cold even though closing time was not for another 3 hours sending it back a 3rd time was just out of the question.. however as a customer a friendly face who cared for their service being provided could have made the entire experience different especially as I observed multiple multiple waiters and waitresses and managerial staff walk in and out of the kitchen while there lack of effort simply stood out more..

  The beautiful Ashley was my server and from the moment I sat down I was greeted with a warm smile and amazing energy. She made ordering easy as she answered every question I had about what's in the food (I'm a very picky eater) and not once did she make me feel like I was doing too much by asking so many question. Lol! I finally ended up getting the salmon meal. The food was great, came out hot and cooked exactly how I asked. She checked on our table and made sure we were ok and comfortable we left full and happy. I want to thank Ashley for such a humble experience while dinning out and I will definitely be back and I hope Ashley is working because I will request her services every time. 10 out of 10 dinning and perfect service.

  Absolutely amazing place! I take my kids to Dave & Buster’s all the time, and we always ask to be seated in Ashley’s section because she is truly the best server! She is so kind, respectful, attentive, and always provides amazing service. She makes us feel so welcomed every time we visit. The food is always up to par, and the games are so much fun you could never get bored! It’s such a great place to bring the family, and Ashley definitely makes our visits even better. Highly recommend!

  My family and I recently had lunch at Dave & Buster’s, and we had such a wonderful experience\! The food was excellent—everything was delicious and came out fresh and enjoyable\. What really made our visit special, though, was our waitress, **Kat**\. Her service was absolutely amazing\! She was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcomed throughout our entire meal\. She went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed and that we were enjoying ourselves\. Great food is always a plus, but exceptional service can truly make a dining experience memorable, and Kat definitely did that for us\. She is a fantastic example of what outstanding customer service should look like\. **Thank you, Kat, for making our family lunch such a great experience\! We’ll definitely be back\! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Me and my significant other chose to go here for our 10 year anniversary, when we arrived we were already seated and then greeted by a wonderful lady named Ashley, she was the best server i had in a 40 years of my life super attentive made sure to show us all the deals and the best bang for our buck with the games even when our drinks were running low she was already there with a new one, the food was amazing, would recommend everyone to go 10/10 experience !!!!!!
