  It's DQ. The Texas stop sign. Good tacos. Good burgers. The Steak Fingers are a favorite! And who doesn't love a Dilly Bar? My only wish is that they would bring back the butterscotch topping for the Sundae.

  I went and ordered a specific order and i paid. When I received my items I noticed driving home it was not what I ordered. So I called and spoke to some rude woman that told me nothing could be done since I had paid. I feel gaslighted because I ordered off of a note on my phone. I told her what she meant by that and that's rude and she then changed and said I could go back and pay the difference on a mistake that I did not make. I frequent here for deserts and I would like to add I was doubled charge a few visits ago and the manager I spoke to never refunded the amount either. This is ridiculous for a restaurant that has been around forever.

  If I could give this Dairy Queen location zero stars, I would. “Unorganized chaos” doesn’t even begin to describe the service tonight. We waited over 20 minutes… for TWO Blizzards. Not a full order. Not a rush. Two ice creams. There were multiple employees working, yet somehow nothing was getting done. One girl (glitter on her face, Hello Kitty charms hanging out of her pocket) was busy cleaning the inside of the windows while another employee was completely overwhelmed—taking orders, organizing them, and trying to hand everything out by himself. When he finally asked her for help, she scoffed at him. Meanwhile, customers are just standing around waiting, confused and frustrated. And to top it all off, the parking lot was basically taken over by a motorcycle group, making it nearly impossible for actual customers to park or even get inside. No organization inside, no control outside. This isn’t a staffing issue—it’s a management issue. For the number of employees on shift, this level of disorganization is honestly embarrassing. Do better.

  The staff was very friendly. When I am by myself I usually will order tacos, which I think are very good. On this last trip, we ordered ice cream, which there was a good selection to choose from. The kids also ordered from the children's menu which they seemed to like. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were attentive.

  I was in a bit if a hurry, went in to order 2 peanut parfait 2 banana split for some clients. There was a manager with black shirt about to leave. As soon as he saw me he dropped his bag and started helping me, not only that he bagged my item accordingly and was very helpful. A big thank you to sir for getting me out of there and on time to my meeting. I've akso been there often with my family and 2 dogs and the service has always been outstanding as well. Please thank the staff as well.
