- EJErnesto Jaquez6 days ago1.0I went around 7pm and the little shorty girl that was serving was so scare of putting normal portions of everything on my burrito. She was serving little portions of everything that my burrito ended up looking like a flauta. First time this happens to me of all the times I’ve been there. I had to complain because it was ridiculous and luckily the cashier man re did my burrito the way they suppose to be. I’m sorry but this shorty server needs more training on the portions to keep customers happy.

It was late, but NOT that late… but then we get served smaller portions, it looks like they’re scooping very cautiously. But we get further down and they’re completely out of lettuce…. Wow… we still get charged full upcharge for guac, I mention this, no effort to throw in something for free or a discount to appease a bothered customer… Then… we see they have NO forks. People are still coming in, but we seriously thought about handing our plates back and getting our money back. I dunno if we’ll be back next time.

- KKKalebApr 21, 20261.0Genuinely take way too long,they held onto chips for takeout only when I was in store asking for them and I could see the bags. Bad portion size of rice a chicken. Iv been to plenty of chipotles and iv been to this store twice now and both times where bad experience compared to other chipotle stores.
