  Didn't even get to order. Went in 30 minutes before closing just to get 2 drinks (the wife and I wanted some agua frescas) we walk in and they're already dumping out the drinks. I work in a restaurant and I know wanting to go home early but if your sign says open till 11 then that means you're open till 11. Dumping out the drinks before closing is pretty stupid and lazy on the employees

  BEWARE! Store will under serve/ prepare the food and then try to say “it didn’t come from their store” after you show back up with proof in hand. All three employees tried to deny serving this. Beware using DoorDash with them. This location has always been iffy since it’s a drive thru pickup only with their portions but this has reached a new low. Disgraceful.

  The worst customer service for years. Whoever is in charge of team motivation or organization is clearly not engaging. Portions are ridiculous, and yes, we are aware certain sides are extra. Thats not the problem, it’s the way you speak to customers. Worst location in El Paso.

  I ordered through the app and went through the drive thru to pick up my order. I waited a long time while 2 team members were there and had no sense of urgency to help me. They kept looking at me and ignored me while they continued to do what they were doing. Then when they finally saw me they asked what I wanted for my drink and didn’t have what I wanted which is fine no big deal. Still waited another 5 minutes and then someone else gave me my drink and said for my to have a nice day right away. I hadn’t even gotten my food! This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve been here a couple of times and I always have to wait a long time for my order which always ready and just sitting there. There no hospitality at all and everyone seems like they’re just there to collect a check. Beginning to think I’ll just make the drive to another location 20 minutes away where they seem like they actually enjoy they’re job.

  Horrible service at this location. The manager Alejandro needs retraining. Placed an order thru DoorDash and I received the notification that it was ready. Manager told me he couldn’t make the order until a certain time. I showed him the email notification that indicated the order was ready and he refused to make the order. He said it was put in for 2pm pick up. I was never asked a time nor did I put a time, I simply picked it up when I was told it was ready. I showed him the email which did not have a specific pick up time. Instead of having an employee make the order, he made me wait 30 minutes. There were two people in the restaurant and no drive thru cars. Very unprofessional and rude. This guy needs to be replaced ASAP!!
