  I was traveling through the area and stopped for an early lunch here yesterday. I was at the door when they said they opened and they didn't open until 5 minutes late. Not a bit deal, but it gets worse. I was literally the first customer of the day, and I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. I eat at a LOT of Chipotles across the nation as I travel constantly. This was by far the WORST chicken I've ever eaten. It was charred and burnt, and it was like shoe leather. I ate it driving east on 10, otherwise I would have returned and complained. Just nasty. Thankfully most Chipotles are delicious, so I'll continue to frequent other locations and hope for better results, but this one was a mistake. I wouldn't return to this location.

  The staff at night are rude, Gen X attitudes, and clueless when it comes to customer service. They stand around (too many working the night shift) pacing back and forth or talking. They DO give you extremely small portions but charge you $22.00 for a bowel, chips and small guacamole. You can make this at home much cheaper. They're cleaning with food in them on top of the counter whereby they serve you from, this can be contaminated since it's from hot to cold, and then back again. You to complain to management and they do nothing. I refuse to come back here again...

  First time going to Chipotle and last time going the flavor of the steak it was not that very good and the texture of the meat to hard to bite not worth my money.

  I went in today on 07/17 Friday for an afternoon lunch and I have never had any issues with this location as I do come here and there but today just made me decide to never come back. First off the person cooking must not have been shown properly how to cook or dress for his position as his long wavy hair was hanging out of the side of his hat with no care as if none of it has ever fallen out and wearing sweats, I know I don’t work here but I’m sure pants or work pants are the requirement for a place like this. And second this same person was cutting chicken and raising his voice at other staff and cursing while most of us customers in line glanced at eachother in confusion asking ourselves if this was normal for this establishment. And third I then got my bowl only to find out when I got back to work the chicken was undercooked and visibly pink and I know that may sound dramatic but I’ve cooked for a long time and this chicken was pink and squishy. Whoever trained there cook that was there today definitely needs to reevaluate who they are putting in charge of cooking customers food. I will not be returning to this location I will drive the extra 10 minutes to there other location across the freeway. Hope this gets fixed or they get a health inspection visit soon. And I hope others see this and think before they visit this location. The George dieter location has always treated me right so I recommend going there.
