  Horrible chipotle 😭 I came at around 9:50 pm to get something to eat after a very bad day and everybody was sooo rude . If they dont like their job in customer service they should find somewhere else to work. They treat you like they are doing you a favor and acting like you are bothering them . They were already closing the whole store even though they close at 11pm . Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with better management

  I just went to get some lunch the counter it’s so nasty full of food spilled everywhere and the girl just drags the foil over all that , this is beyond disgusting

  -Overcharge: I ordered a side of guacamole and was charged for it, but it was never provided to me. -Lack of Ingredients & Poor Service: The restaurant did not have the protein I wanted or any pico de gallo. On top of that, the staff provided very poor customer service when addressing these shortages. -Cleanliness Issues: The food assembly line/bar was visibly dirty, which is a major food safety and hygiene concern.

  Got my food came home it’s cold like not even cooled down cold like it was not even hot. Called to get it corrected and they said let manager know and a bogo so I gotta spend more money to even get this issue corrected. Won’t be coming back

  They are really not keeping up with the cleanliness at all. As soon as you walk in, it’s immediately noticeable how messy, dirty, and unkempt the floors, lobby, and fountain area are. The food area is especially bad, with spilled food left on the surfaces that doesn’t appear to be cleaned up in a timely manner. Staff is being lazy and simply doesn’t take pride in maintaining the space. The rude customer service only made it worse.
