- BCBelle CartyAug 7, 20265.0This is usually my family’s go to Chipotle because the food is fresh, the portions are great but there was only one off putting thing that happened recently. The lady that works there in the pic sat next to us to eat with her family at a seat some girls had reserved with a bag of merchandise from a recent purchase at the Fountains. We noticed that they stole their bag and she hid it within their stuff. When the young ladies came back, they were perplexed to see them and not find their bag. It is unconscionable to think that you would do that where you work in front of other customers. I hadn’t seen her in a while but cameras might not have caught her doing that.

I went back to her to ask her if she can make it right because clearly there was a misunderstanding. She came over to our table and said that I ordered wrong. She made me pay for another kids meal instead of just fixing it and moving on. No the customer is not always right, but when the employee did not understand or gets it wrong they should try to at least make it right. This location has very low reviews and I can see why. Not to mention, they were out of kids chips.

When i either comes to pick up or online ordering the serving is half ass. How stingy can you guys really it’s not even filled up half ways and having to pay over $20 of this is completely BS. It’s either a missing item, wrong order, small portions, or food not cooked correctly. There has never been a time where they have gotten my order correctly. This is why I am writing a review now, after many given opportunities to this location. I am highly dissatisfied with this location and their unprofessionalism.
