- DCdiego camou6 days ago1.0I stopped by at approximately noon the 14th of May, and received very poor service. I have celiac disease and unfortunately the workers were not trained about the allergy and its seriousness. Other chipotle locations offer excellent service for celiac people so I was pretty bummed out when the workers treated me so poorly. When I asked to speak to the manager to inform her about the worker’s failure to attention, she just shrugged it off. I believe it’s the manager’s duty to be informed about all allergy’s and help out their workers when dealing with a certain type of allergy.

I got sour cream and my bowl was still dry because they were being super stingy. Please don't waste your money at this chipotle. SAVE YOURSELF.

Leadership and portions commensurate with cost is needed. Place remains the same, food doesn't look anything like the commercials. The kids providing tiny portions like they're paying for it. They say the owner is absent.. not good, choose a different location in El Paso
