All the while, 5 different people were just standing there on their phones. The manager included. When asking about a discount, the manager copped an attitude saying none of the stores do them. Which, has not always been the case. Some stores have provided me a discount before. Which she then continued to argue no. I told her it was fine, but of course she had to have the last word. What really got to me was how disgusting the tables were to sit down and eat. So this store prioritizes being on their phones, not cleaning or serving customers, and being rude!

The order looked as if they piled on more rice to cover up for the fact they didn’t apply the promo. If you’re going to offer promos, honor it, if not, don’t provide them.

I tried multiple times to reach out to the restaurant and kept getting an AI-sounding person that kept trying to route me to customer care instead of the restaurant. This is the 3rd time this has happened to an order I've placed at this location. I don't understand how my order was made incorrectly when the actual order is printed on the lid. This is highly infuriating.
