Comúnmente pido para recoger mi comida y llevarmela, cuando me dicen la hora a la cual debo ir a recogerla lo cumplen y esta lista. Bastante bien y se recomienda venir.

I see why the ratings are so low. So when I do decide to give them a shot again, I get the bottom of the pan for my rice, I have to request "can I get a scoop of sour cream without foreign substances in it, and can I get some cheese with no foreign stuff in it". Might need to do a under cover boss on this store! No training it seems and basic customer service is needed. Or maybe the management of this store doesn't care and needs some training. But thanks, I will continue not to go to Chipotle. Trust im not missing nothing.

Tables were dirty, floors were dirty, restaurant not properly maintained. There were no napkins, and when I asked for some, apparently they were completely out. The employees I dealt with were not polite, you could tell they do not like working there or want to be there, which is odd considering they are getting paid to do the job they chose to apply for. Not a pleasant experience today.
