I completely understood that the mistake was mine and was simply asking if there was anything they could do to help. Unfortunately, the manager immediately had an attitude and made the situation more uncomfortable than it needed to be. I wasn’t expecting special treatment—I was just asking a question and looking for a possible solution. Mistakes happen, and good customer service is about how those situations are handled. A simple, respectful explanation would have been more than enough. Very disappointed with the manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism.
