My kids have been asking to eat here, so I decided to surprise them by ordering it and dropping off at school. Once again, just as 5 years ago, my card is charged but there's no order in the store...funny thing though, I was able to confirm it after placing the order, which I did so that it would be ready as soon as I got there....it wasn't; my kids didn't get lunch today. The topper on this whole experience is that not only did the employee cop an attitude immediately, she completed with eye rolls and snark and talked to me like I'm too stupid to check that the "order was ACTUALLY placed"
