  Slowest/Worst CFA I've ever been to. They normally hold such a high standard, and this one is not meeting it. First visit in the evening was exceptionally slow, didn't think much of it. Once I got to the window, the server went back and forth 6 times before handing my drinks she was "waiting for" but I could see ready to go. Seems overwhelmed and poorly trained. Fast forward to the next morning, giving them another chance. Slow again, this time with almost no traffic. Sandwich was fine, but the hash browns were stale and firm. Very abnormal for a CFA. Something is off about this one and needs to be looked into. Recommend going to a different one.

  Slowest chickfila I've ever been to. I ordered ahead on the mobile app, spent 13 minutes in the drive through, and was then told that my meal wasn't ready, so I needed to pull around and park, and wait for it (longer). I was on my way to the airport and thought this would be a quick and easy stop, but it caused me to cut it close with my rental car return. 3 stars still because the servers were kind and friendly, and food was consistent.

  I was the only vehicle in the Drive-through, no customers inside. The seventh staff there are that morning just standing around talking had to wait 20 minutes for one chicken sandwich.

  I recently visited Chick-fil-A in El Paso and had such a great experience that I felt like I had to leave a review. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can really tell that customer service is something they take seriously here. Even though it was fairly busy, the employees stayed organized, polite, and worked quickly to make sure everyone was taken care of. The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained. The dining area, tables, and counters all looked spotless, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and inviting. It made the whole experience much more enjoyable and relaxing compared to many other fast food places. The food was excellent as always. The chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, and the waffle fries were fresh and crispy. Everything tasted hot and freshly made. I also tried one of their sauces, and it paired perfectly with the meal. The portions were satisfying, and the quality was honestly better than what you expect from fast food. One thing that really stood out to me was how attentive the employees were. They checked on customers, kept the restaurant clean, and made sure orders were correct. Small details like that make a huge difference and show that the team genuinely cares about giving customers a good experience. The drive-thru also moved surprisingly fast considering how many cars were there. The workers stayed positive and efficient the entire time, which was impressive to see. It’s clear that the management and staff work very well together. Overall, this Chick-fil-A location in El Paso exceeded my expectations. Great food, excellent customer service, a clean environment, and fast service all around. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable place to eat, whether you’re stopping by for a quick meal or dining in with friends or family. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

  Chick-fil-A is so consistent that it’s weird when they mess up my order. This location is the only one that tends to do this. Last time I went I order a spicy sandwich with lettuce, lettuce was missing. Today I order a southwest salad, my dressing was missing. I never check my order with Chick-fil-A but if I go to this location again I’ll start checking.
