Stopped by Chelitos for lunch and was so impressed! They had an amazing deal on a burger and fries that hit the spot. The lady at the front was incredibly friendly and welcoming—great service makes such a difference. Definitely loved it and will be back!

Great customer service. Edith went above and beyond. She made me feel welcomed. Food was super delicious and the Tuesday burger special can't be beaten. Spanish rock was playing in the background. Excellent choice for lunch/dinner.

I had always seen the sign when I drive by it so I decided to try it. When I came in the place was extremely clean which I liked. Edith, who worked the front was the greatest and told me the menu what each one has everything like that so I chose a burger with fries and you know what it was probably the best burger I’ve ever eaten here in El Paso
So make it a point when you’re craving a good burger or a burrito or flautas or tortoises you come by over here if you ask for Edith and You’ll have the best food and the best experience ever!
5 stars for its place in the restaurant world.
The good: I got the steak tacos and with a little salt and their red salsa, they were really good, with some kick. The Chile relleno burrito was very good. The patty melt was good.
Clean restaurant, but they need to fix the bathroom/mop bucket situation (simple fix, can't ding them for something like that). Service, by a very nice young lady, was A+. However, they need to keep the aguas frescas filled. Only 2 out of 6 or 7 had anything, and it was only 1230 on Sunday.
The bad: Nothing notable.
Overall, good food. We'll be back to sample the other items for sure.

I stopped by yesterday and ordered the Juaritos burger combo with fries and a drink. The burger was okay, but the fries were clearly undercooked — not just soft, but raw potatoes inside.
I went back in and politely told the cashier. She relayed it to the cook, who insisted the fries would “just come out the same” because that’s how they are. Then the cashier told me they “aren’t fries”… which made no sense since the menu literally says fries and they look exactly like fries. The problem wasn’t that they weren’t crispy — they were simply undercooked.
I asked if I could trade them for something else, and after some unnecessary back-and-forth she said the cook would remake them. The whole exchange felt like my request was bothering them, when in reality I wouldn’t have had to say anything if the fries had been cooked properly the first time.
The second batch came out just as bad as the first, still undercooked. At that point I just left.
What’s disappointing isn’t just the fries — mistakes happen. It’s the stubbornness and the way it was handled. It felt like being right was more important to them than fixing the order. If you don’t know how to make fries or don’t want to take the time to cook them properly, then don’t offer fries at all.
Management should really pay attention to this, not only because undercooked food shouldn’t be served, but also because basic customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience.
