The girl with the short blonde hair was eating ice cream. When I finally placed my order, she didn't even wash her hands to prepare my banana split. They were out of hot fudge. Imagine that, an ice cream place out of hot fudge the store was filthy. Employees had no name tags or I would mention them here. Whoever the manager is of this particular store. Needs to be terminated or sent back to training so he/she can make an attempt to train employees properly. Myself rent a restaurant and hotel manager for over 25 years. I keep hearing the excuse we can't fight good employees, I have to say hogwash. I can teach a monkey how to scoop ice cream. There are still kids out there who were raised properly and have a good work ethic, and if you can't see that you shouldn't be managing employees. Shame on corporate Baskin Robbins for not watching their product. I will never return, snack attack is a better option.
