The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and they were super patient while I took my time choosing from all the flavors. They made helpful suggestions and didn’t rush me at all, which I appreciated. The shop itself was clean, and well-organized. The ice cream tasted fresh, and there was a great variety of flavors to pick from. My order was made quickly and exactly how I wanted it. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit. I’d definitely recommend this location if you’re in the area and looking for a sweet treat!

They literally run out of flavors like chocolate halfway through the day. How do you run a store so poorly you don’t have a very popular flavor in stock. Obviously the manager/GM doesn’t know how to properly order and stock items. Generally speaking the employees are nice which is a plus. Don’t waste your time go to Dairy Queen instead.

The scoops are the smallest size due to them wanting more profit. This general manager is the main issue and will be costing baskin to go under in el paso. Do not go to any of the locations in el paso, as they are only in it for the money and will rip you off with the servings.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
