  Super clean. I asked if they had horse raddish and if I could get some at drive through window. I didn't end up getting them so had to park and get them in person from the inside employee.

  It is a shame that Arby's has resorted to smaller portions and High prices. The bun was more than the meat inside, it could have easily been a kid size cheeseburger. It was disappointing.

  I went through drive thru yesterday afternoon and my food was so good, I pulled over to wait to get the peach cobbler dessert. The girl in the drive thru was so quick, exceptional and kind, “Lluvia” is an amazing employee who went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. She was so good I had to ask her name. It’s employees like these that keep us coming back. Great employee. Great experience!!

  Visited Arby's at Joe Battle this past Friday and ordered chicken sliders.... those things could have been made out of rubber. They were cold and we couldn't even take a proper first bite... seems to me that they reheated the chicken in the microwave. From this point forward I'm not going back to any... any Arby's in El Paso. I've had too many bad experiences with the level of food quality. Plus, that link with the survey or coupon you always post doesn't work...! Oh!!. I almost forgot, there was no Arby's sauce anyway, the sign was posted by the window when it's too late for anyone to back out of their order.

  For nearly a $50 order you would think they would get it right. 1 beef and cheddar had Arby's sauce when specifically ask for it not to. Kids meal was ordered with apple sauce and got fries instead. Both beef n cheddar bearly had any cheddar and after asking for specific condiments, I.E. ketchup, and sauce packets. The left one out. This happens very frequently. Very disappointing!!!!
