    This Arby’s is so clean!! I wasn’t an Arby’s type of gal but I am!! I’m not big into the sandwich meat type of sandwiches but I got their chicken sandwiches and regular fries and it was absolutely fresh and delicious!! My kids got the regular burgers and they’re both fans!! They’ve already asked to go back!! And for picky kids that’s huge!!!

    The food was delicious and tasty. I had the 7.99 box with the ham and cheese sandwich , fries, mozzarella sticks and a peach roll up. Then I got a free roast beef and cheddar for joining the app. Great service by Kevin on Mesa street . Only bad thing was they had no Arby sauce! Thanks!

    Honestly, my experience at this restaurant has been very disappointing. Every time I go through the drive-thru, the staff seems to be in a bad mood—rude, short, and not friendly at all. It doesn’t feel like customer service; it feels like you’re bothering them. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when this happens consistently, it becomes a real issue. As a paying customer, you expect at least basic respect and courtesy. This is definitely something that needs improvement, because the staff’s attitude makes the whole experience unpleasant and makes me not want to come back.

    I order a sandwich and asked for jalapeños in it and she said they didn’t carry them when I’m literally seeing a sandwich picture(Italian sandwich) with them in them. Bad service!
