  Young lady at cash register ♥️ is so efficient and calm. She was able to figure out what I was trying to order with my coupon's. Everyone at my Arby's on Montwood are swell, calm, attentive and so respectful.

  I ordered a beef and cheddar meal. My bun was burned on one half and there was NO cheddar or Arby’s sauce on it! The curly fries were nasty, tasted like old fryer grease. We got little bits and pieces on the fries. I also ordered an apple turnover and it looks like it’s a week old. Paid over $24 for our meals and was terrible. Guy at the drive thru also seemed miserable not friendly at all

  Lo v e Love Arbys! The 3 roast beef sliders...and a large vanilla shake with whip cream... Where ever im at ...i hunt down arbys! Had the pulled pork barbq for lunch today with sweet sauce..it was really good... But..all in all...love the beef and cheddar for supper.. Roast beef sliders lunch and shake! Cant decide who has the best shake ..Arbys, Wawa or Chick Fillet... Arbys has the best price...$5 Wawa $6 Arbys..my favorite for price! And love the coupons!!!!

  Very disappointed with the lack of Customer Service. We placed a mobile order through the Arby's app and after completing the transaction, we realized the order was placed for pickup at the wrong location. After contacting the restaurant, Leah said she couldn't do anything about it and suggested we use the app to Cancel the order. After much search through the app, no feature was available. Today the amount charged is still showing on KY account and to refund has been initiated even after the fact that we never picked up the order. Don't Do business here, they are not well informed or trained for specific services.
