- JRJaded Roses1 day ago3.0This Albertsons has always been my go to for birthday cakes and any occasion baking items. I was let down yesterday when I went in hoping for a mini berry Chantilly cake. I looked all around the area for even a small slice of something similar since the lady workinf bakery said they didn't have any. I never remember customer service ever being a flat "Sorry no", and having to resolve my inquiry elsewhere. I asked out of desperation if she could suggest anything similar and she kept on working shrugging her shoulders while I hoped for a better response. It wasn't until I took off my mask and spoke more assertive that she stood still and listened to my question but still had no clue how to help. This is t wasn't I was expecting from Albertsons staff. I find it funny how all these businesses are interested in hiring young people and leave the middle aged out of work.. but I feel the middle aged workers would give way more support as far as customer satisfaction goes.

Im guessing a change in Store manager maybe but not good at all .

Wasted over an hr of my time trying and o have lace an order and get issues fixed over the phone. Ps they where not fixed.
