  We have been loyal Albertsons customers for over 15 years. We have never had such a horrible experience with the bakery until today. The lady who took our order at the bakery yesterday (I think her name is C.C.) was extremely rude when taking our order. When we asked her whether buttercream or whipped cream is usually the standard for cakes, she rolled her eyes at us and said “Ugh, I don’t know what to say to you”. She seemed annoyed when we requested sprinkles on the cake. I’m not sure who made the lettering, but this is how it came out. My husband picked up the cake and couldn’t even request for them to correct the lettering because the lady behind the counter was more concerned with claiming that he needed to pay $35 for the cake even though it said $25 on our receipt and the lady yesterday said that’s how much it would cost. When I called, the lady on the phone said they already gave me a “discount” so they don’t know what to do. I am never going to give this Albertsons our business again. We shop here weekly for groceries and spend at least $200-$250 a week here. I have never been treated so poorly. This cake was for my son’s birthday and we had to fix it ourselves because there was no time to take it to get fixed. Albertsons, do better. I’d rather give my business to Walmart if I am going to get horrible customer service

  I recently went to the bakery for some last minute cakes (Costco and Sams let me down) for two of my coworkers. Sally with their bakery department went above and beyond to assist me, and the cakes tasted great too! I will be coming back here for all of my dessert needs!

  On the morning of July 9th, around 8:15 AM, I entered the Albertsons store with the intention of purchasing ice and water. Upon returning to my truck to store the items in the cooler, a group of three employees, including the manager, appeared in the parking lot. While I was at the back of my truck, an employee named Danny aggressively struck and dented the side of my vehicle, claiming he saw it moving in the parking lot without anyone inside. They proceeded to closely inspect my truck. When I confronted the manager about their treatment of customers, he responded unprofessionally with loud and offensive language. I explained that I had just been inside buying ice and water, putting them in the truck. Despite my attempts to address the situation with the manager, Danny laughed and hit my truck a second time. I demanded to see the surveillance video of the incident. Additionally, I filed a complaint with Albertsons headquarters but have not yet received a response. I am keen on speaking with a manager to resolve this issue before considering legal action. The behavior displayed by the staff, especially the manager, was disrespectful, rude, and offensive, as captured on camera. As they walked away laughing, one of the employees boldly returned to the entrance and smoked a cigarette, merely 5 feet from the door. Utterly repulsive and unacceptable.
