  We used to be Walmart shoppers but have found that Albertsons is better stocked and the produce is always much fresher. Price wise not that much difference. Especially considering the better quality of products.

  Long time Albertsons customer and visitor of many Albertsons. Nice store . Only complaint is the store looks and feels very dirty . Floors visibly very dirty . Not sure who's the manager but hope he doesn't keep his own home this filthy . Let's pick it up Albertsons thank you

  am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience at your Montwood location. I attempted to return a spoiled salad mix, but encountered unhelpful service. My Albertsons app receipt for the $4.99 item displayed "description not found," which led the customer service representative to question the legitimacy of my return. Furthermore, a manager offered no resolution, simply responding with "ok" to my explanation. This incident highlights issues with both customer service and the reliability of your app's receipt details. As a regular patron of the Montwood store, I hope these concerns can be promptly addressed to improve the customer experience.

  I am beyond disappointed with the experience I had here. I ordered a custom coffin-shaped cake for my son's "Death to my Teens" birthday and even agreed to an extra fee for the custom shaping. The Timeline: • I arrived at 1:30 PM for a 1:00 PM pickup. I was told it wasn't ready and waited another 30 minutes while watching several other customers leave upset. • When the cake finally came out, the employee put it on the cart and tried to leave immediately. • I opened the box to find a standard rectangular cake with a red border—nothing like the coffin I paid for (see the first photo). The Service: When I asked for an explanation, the employee was speechless. Management refused to give me the name of the person who decorated it. While the manager did offer a small discount and some plastic toppers to "make up for it," the damage was done. I didn't want to be rude because I could see they were busy, but being busy isn't an excuse for charging a custom fee and delivering a basic sheet cake. The Result: I ended up going home and performing "surgery" on the cake myself—trimming the shape, re-icing it grey, and actually making it look like a coffin (see the second photo). If I knew I’d be doing the labor myself, I would have just baked it at home. Ironically, several guests at the party mentioned they had similar "horror stories" with this specific bakery. My son had a great attitude and laughed it off, but this was incredibly unprofessional. I paid for a custom service that was never provided. Save your money and go to a real bakery.
