  Never had such horrible service, Counter person could not stop texting and take orders or help customers. Watched several customers walk out. Could not even get 4 cones of ice cream right.

  My family ordered 3 blizzards and a dip cone from DQ in Edna after I begged my husband to choose DQ…. Absolute fail! How are you gonna give us the blizzards and they’re literally drinkable by the time we get a block away???? I had to open my door and scoop the top off mine right when I was handed to me because it was running down the sides. They gave us the dip cone first and took FOREVER to give us the blizzards and I asked for a new dip cone because it was melting just sitting in the car! I’m so extremely disappointed. I tried to call the number and no one answered. I hope they enjoyed the voicemail I left

  If only the workers believed the "Home of Happiness" slogan on the wall! The ice cream can't be beaten in Edna.

  Ordered and paid for a burger with bacon. The cashier took the next order and informed the customer they had no bacon. I asked to be refunded the difference. Waited over 20 minutes for order; received the wrong order once it came. Grilled chicken sandwich came with no tomatoes and extremely soggy bun. Employees seemes veey confused and just walking around the store. Someone (I assume an off duty employee, not in uniform) came into the store from outside, walked into the kitchen, and began working. Would never visit again.
