  Very disappointed you have your workers in 100 degree restaurant without ac. Fix the ac for the workers. I went inside to dine in, and it was fresher outside than inside so we left to the Nolana location. The girls in the front were all trying to catch air from a tiny fan. Do better for your workers or close the place down until you get it fixed.

  After speaking to a Manager Rick about an order that was wrong, I was provided a credit order for the wrong order. I show up to get my credit order and when I asked for my credit order, I was told by another manager who refused to provide a name, that cameras were reviewed and the wings will not be credited. I ask why and the response was that cameras were reviewed and the wings were made correctly. I asked him which wings they were and he completely gave me a bs response that had nothing to do with my order. When I corrected him about the order her responds with, "that's what I meant." I said "that wasn't even close to my order and you're lying so why can't I have my credit order?" he says, "I already said so we're not giving a credit order to anyone" I was extremely dissatisfied and would highly recommend everyone to go elsewhere because this store is filled with a bunch of lying managers to not lose their jobs over something simple. maybe if they actually showed some respect the same way I respected them before, they'd have a good reputation but they suck so bad that even walking in, it was completely dead compared to other Wingstops lmao. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!

  If I could give it a 0 stars I would. They messed up our order twice! First experience- Refused to give us a refund because we ate 2 wings from our order (our food had hair in it btw) Told my husband not to order from them because past bad experience which he accidentally did and they messed up our order by not seasoning half of them correctly. One manager told him he’d give us a credit order and when my husband showed up to the establishment to pick up order, management on shift said he wouldn’t give it to him because they reviewed camera footage and they did not mess up so no credit order for him. Proceeded to argue with them and left knowing it wouldn’t go anywhere. To anyone who loves the establishment, just avoid coming to this location by all means. Management sucks!

  Fast service, staff overworking them selfs but they got me my 2 ranches to go in less than 4 minutes.
