  Always take forever to get your food. I tried before lunch and dinner and still take long. It takes about 35mins or more and at least one meal is wrong.

  This was the best WhatABurger I've been to .The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent .My burger was well put together and tasted great,and they were very generous with the fries.The staff seemed like they worked well together as a whole .Everyone was being productive and the mood was very positive. Yes I notice everything lol.

  Due to it being down the street, I frequently order here and it’s incredible on how bad, and often, they can screw up an order. Dont bother customizing because they don’t care. Constant calls and returning to correct the issue got annoying and at this point just accepting it is the only thing to do. It’s very simple requests like adding bacon, or even putting fries on the combo I purchased seems too difficult. My first review my entire life and it’s hard to disappoint me especially it being a fast food restaurant and not expecting much but cmon.

  They didn’t wrap my burger correctly, and when I got home, this is what I was left with. Absolutely a mess. I called the location to let them know what happened, and when I asked if I could come back and have it replaced, I was told there was “nothing they could do about it.” I asked again, and the employee told me that was what the manager instructed her to tell me. The girl on the phone literally told me, “Since your order came correct and nothing’s wrong with it, there’s not much we can do.” um HELLO??? LOOK AT THE PICTURE I’m literally CALLING YOU to tell you what the issue is. I completely understand that Whataburger isn’t a 5-star fine-dining restaurant, and the meal was only around $13. But people work hard for their money, and when you spend your money somewhere, you at least expect your food to be properly prepared and packaged. I literally had to reassemble my entire burger myself because of their mistake. I paid for a meal, not a DIY burger kit. The least they could’ve done was acknowledge the mistake and offer to replace it. What disappointed me the most was the lack of customer service and the fact that they didn’t even offer a reasonable solution to make the situation right. Beyond disappointed. And to the manager working August 21st at 11:04 PM: I hope every mildly inconvenient thing happens to you this weekend, and you experience the same poor level of customer service you gave me. Maybe then you’ll finally understand what it feels like to be inconvenienced and dismissed after spending your money. 💋
