  We refuse to come back unless you get rid of the manager and do something about your night staff. I will no longer be paying for incorrect orders and rude behavior.

  This place is DISGUSTING. It has been 2 times now that these lazy, worthless people that work here have messed up our orders. Just this evening, they gave us a milkshake that was just water and stale cheese sticks. When I called to complain (which our food was so bad it deserved a phone call) the disgusting manager told us that she couldn't help. She kept cutting me off as I was trying to talk. I told her off and hung up. Sonic, if you see this, get in contact with me so I can tell you all about what happened and how you can refund my money.

  This is the sonic closest to my apartment. This is the third time ordering a cherry limeade slush. No flavor and it’s super water down. It’s not even a slushy consistency.. It’s not even worth getting back in line asking for a replacement.

  Went through drive thru waited by the speaker to order for 10 mins no one said anything. Drove up to where u pay at the window waited another 5 mins and no one came to the window either a man just looked at me and kept working. Happened today at 12 o clock pm. Drove off and came to Stars instead. Ridiculous.

  Horrible management my brother went to pick up food for my mom that she is disabled he took a picture of the receipt and he explained ,the lady said she wasn't going to give anything to him with very disrespectful words even when the order was already paid for and just walk inside don't go to this place they won't give u your order right and be very disrespectful. 😒😒😒😒and supposedly she was the manager. Worst experience ever🫩🫩🫩
