  The worst experience going here. I never leave reviews but the staff that worked there today at 4:30 5/17/2026 seemed to be confused and not know what to do. There were two girls at the window they were both slow and just talking with each other never once tried to get anything done . Had ordered a small meal for myself but ended up just leaving because they were taking forever.

  Went for a drink and a ice cream, ended up waiting 5 mins at the speaker to order. Finally ordered and after sitting there for 10 minutes watching these kids go back and forth with eachother they finally bring out a drink and oreo sonic blast just to see them being it out to BOTH cars that were behind us! After that I just drove off, should never take that long for a regular fountain drink and an oreo blast. All this happend at around 4:30pm 5/17/26

  To whatever crew worked in the a.m. 11:45 to be exact.i just wanted to say the customer service was horrible.

  Arrived at 9:42 to stall #12 I placed an order. Waited till 10:10ish then clicked the button again to ask if it would be ready soon. The girl says it’ll be out soon come to find out she never put our order in. We end up leaving and called to speak to a manager after we left and they tell us that they never took our order and we were basically waiting at the stall for nothing. There was no sorry or way to fix it they were just laughing in the background when we were hanging up. They have very rude customer service and very mean girls that will purposely make you wait there and not take your order. I had a bad experience last time at the drive-through as well, with them staring at me and not taking my order and laughing when I told him that that was rude. I live close by that’s why I chose to go there, but went to the one on University after and they never disappoint. I’d rather take the extra time to go to Univeristy drive, with great customer service, instead of wasting my time at this one.
