  Hoped on the review train after having a horrible experience but apparently this sonic is use to receiving bad backlash. Went in for two drinks after being told to hold and being patient, just to receive one drink. Then asked to know managers name, employee refused, and asked to speak with manager. Manager then came out said her name was Sam Cuevas. At first she seemed concerned about the situation but then the second she turned her back was laughing about the situation with coworkers. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

  I don’t know why I continue to give this specific Sonic location chances! EVERY single time I come, it’s something. Please check your orders before you leave and check them when the employee is there. They missed a whole burger and popcorn chicken! I checked before driving off and called them back out to let them know about missing items, just for them to come back and question me saying that the manager had said that he made and had put the food in the one bag that was handed to me. Why would I steal or hide the food. Seriously so disappointed. Will never come to this location again.

  For fast food we hardly ever look this far east of edinburg. The food took a bit longer than we were estimating to come out than we but we enjoyed eating outside, minus a couple flies. My boy likes going to utrgv football games, so he got excited to see the stadium from our table.
