  I love this location! I always get exceptional customer service, Alexia is always helpful on choosing toppings. Nereyda is always bragging about her team and it’s all very wholesome AND they never mess up my orders

  I try to be fair about a place and understand that we all have bad days. This location needs new management. An order I made for carry out took an additional 30 minutes to get. I let that go. A few months later I order delivery and they completely leave out one item I ordered. I called in and was on the phone for 30 minutes only to be told they have to wait until tomorrow to get refunded the amount of the item I didn't receive. Then I opened the cinnamon rolls only to see they are raw. A small bite confirmed it too. No icing and clearly undercooked. I drove to the store and complained and the person behind the counter was shocked to see it and asked me if that's how I got it. I confirmed that yes this is exactly what you gave me. They then proceeded to offer a replacement only to give me back the exact same ones they clearly heated up and another in icing which was obvious because the small bite was in one of them. I can only attribute this to bad management. They need to do better. This isn't their best and if it is, then management needs to reconsider their life choices.

  The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was accurate and ready on time. Even during a busy period, they handled everything efficiently and with a positive attitude.
