  I came to pick up my order, first he charged my card more than the order was and he said it didn’t go through so I told him to void it then I said if I could pay with my other card, he said he couldn’t that he had to discard the food because he voided the transaction. He said I couldn’t just pay with another card I would have to re-order the whole thing. Chose another restaurant

  My recent visit to Pizza Hut was a mixed experience. At first, I felt overlooked—one of the waiters spent most of my ordering time discussing her knee problem, and no one else checked in or asked how my day was going. However, my experience completely turned around when Josue took over. He provided exceptional, hands-on service, genuinely asking about my well-being and showing real interest in my day. Josue is truly the best employee I could have hoped for. Alan also stood out for his attentiveness and impressive speed—he made my pizzas in just two minutes. Both Josue and Alan made my visit memorable for all the right reasons.

  The food was amazing, i really enjoyed it all fresh and delicious! i was served by a worker named Josue he had such an amazing personality, he was nice with me asking questions about stuff on the menu and what i could do with them! overall such a wonderful experience at a pizza hut! if anyone ever has josue you’ll enjoy your day!
