- CBC BSep 17, 20262.0I’ve been here three times in one week. I tried the Cesar salad stuffer which I really enjoyed. Second time I tried the ultimate garden steak salad that I would rate a 5/10. The sweet potato in that salad is very firm and it had very little steak. Third time I had the whole Cesar salad with the asiago twists since I enjoyed the salad stuffer so much. I was really expecting this to be so good. I was disappointed to see that almost half the salad was brown and wilted. The Asiago twist was not great and there was barely enough dressing for the whole salad. I addressed it with one of the staff members. She just said, “okay, thank you”. She did not apologize or address it with a manager. Panera Bread has been around a long time, just not in the Valley. This is why the Valley can’t have anything nice. Every nice place we get is so mismanaged. There is obviously no quality management. Manager was missing in action until they got closer to closing time. I wasn’t expecting anything, but an apology goes a long way. Not to mention, they have the audacity to ask for a tip at check out. I tipped, but not ever again because when you need customer service, you don’t get it. What am I tipping for exactly? I pick up my food, serve my drink, and bus my own table.
