  Got to my curbside for One cookie tote, at 7:45, it’s now 8:18 and they just said why and I waiting in the curbside this long, and they have to now make it bcuz they lost my McDonald’s pickup ticket apparently. Dang I just want my cookies.

  I came in to order my meal at 8 o’clock tonight with my kids I ordered a 20 piece with a basket of fries a 10 piece. I ordered a big Angus burger meal. I ordered a double cheese, two tomatoes, only ketchup, pickle and cheese and a plain McChicken with no bun when my order was brought out to me, the nuggets were so stailed and cold. The employees said thank you. Have a good night didn’t even give us our fries. Our burgers was cold. you could tell it was sitting in the warmer for a while. Customer service was the worst ever the restaurant is filthy dirty food, toys and tables really dirty all over the place. This McDonald’s needs to have more cleaning this, but hold their employees accountable because when I brought my nuggets to the counter to ask for fresh nuggets, the employees threw the nuggets back into the warmer with the new nuggets cross contaminating all the food, and still have the audacity to tell me that that was not cross-contamination after I told them when somebody brings back food once it’s taken out of the kitchen you cannot put it back into the warmer very unprofessional order numbers just sitting on a dirty table and so many employees working no one can clean the lobby

  Just went by the drive thru on Jackson Road and University Drive in Edinburg across town. Ordered a Happy Meal for my child. I get home and no nuggets. I call McDonald's and I am told that they are sorry. That they would reimburse me if I was to go back all the way across town. That they could not reimburse my credit card. My personal opinion is that they could of done better. This a McDonald's that my family go by at least twice a week. Well it was.

  The usual McDonald's fast food environment. This restaurant is better than some of other ones. One employee (Celly) was very helpful.
