I was expecting the pizza dough to be soft, crunchy and fresh. Pizza dough was hard and chewy and didn't tasted pre frozen, other ingredients were also average. There's other local pizza shops much better.
They also don't allow their employees to accept tips.

Farina Pizzeria had very good pizza. We ordered pickup, so we did not dine in, but the restaurant looked very clean and nice when we arrived. We had the whole New York-style pepperoni pizza, and it was very tasty with great flavor. Overall, it was a great pickup experience, and we would definitely order from Farina Pizzeria again.

Walked in looked at pizza slices that were displayed, we were never welcomed to the new establishment, two guys in the front were way more involved in their conversation rather than making contact with new customers, when asked about the items displayed it felt like it was more of an obligation to answer questions rather than sell us on their product. We walked out. Place looks nice though

We first visited during their soft opening to try the Pluma concept, and the chicken was absolutely delicious. Now that they’re officially open, we came back to try their Farina Roman-style pizza, and it did not disappoint.
The space is very clean, modern, and welcoming, and the service is genuinely friendly. The pizza really stands out compared to other options in the Valley. The crust is light, airy, and fluffy, and the flavor combinations are fun and a bit eclectic in the best way.
It’s a great spot for both kids and adults, with something for everyone to enjoy. Definitely recommend stopping by and giving it a try!

I was really looking forward to this place opening since there aren't many food choices in Edinburg. I got a quarter white chicken with a drink and macaroni for $14, plus an extra side of sweet plantains for $4.50. My guy ordered the Roman slice meat lovers combo meal, which was supposed to be extra crispy but wasn't, for $8.50, and pluma potatoes for $4.50. The whole bill came out to $34.10.
First off, his pizza wasn't warm or crispy, and it was cold in the middle; it just didn't taste fresh. Second, my mac and cheese was cold and seemed like it had been sitting under a warmer for ages. The chicken portion was pretty small, the seasoning was weird, and it could've been juicier. But the sweet plantains were the best part; even though they could've been warmer and a bit crispier, they were good. I'd definitely go back just for those. Still, the whole meal felt more like an expensive snack than a satisfying dinner. It felt like the chicken plate was missing something. They didn't give me any extra stuff, and even though I get that one side usually comes with it, there was nothing else, like a piece of bread, to go with the dish. Other than that, the vibe was great, and the customer service was awesome. Can't complain about that.
