    I love Dutch bros but the wait Everytime I go is about 30 min to get my coffee it’s the 2nd time I go and they are out of the product I want then there is no way I’m able to get out of line. Might have to change to 7 brew because no way I’m waiting 30 min for something I’m not even wanting to order because I can’t get out of line .

    My experience at this dutch bros was a really good experience. As soon as I arrived, the employees were friendly and welcoming. Mind you I had also arrived at a busy time. The area was organized, and had a fun atmosphere. The employee taking my order was helpful and had a positive attitude. She helped me on what to order because it was my first time going. She recommended me the Golden Eagle. Which was amazingggg btw. It was creamy, sweet, and had the perfect mix of caramel, vanilla, and coffee. I got it because once i heard there was caramel in it i had to have it. Payment was quick and easy, and the employee thanked me and wished me a good day. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back!

    We were visiting this past week from NYC and we went specifically to this location every day after our first order because the staff truly were the coolest, kindest and most welcoming and efficient team we’ve seen at any location during our visits. Everyone was super helpful, and you could tell they all enjoyed working together. The gentleman working the order drive through line was not only super knowledgeable on the menus, and very helpful with recommendations but also very energetic and kind, especially in the heat on Thursday morning last week. We really enjoyed seeing the staff every morning of our trip. Will be visiting this location again simply for the amazing staff. These young people are doing a great job and have great teamwork and work ethic. Our pups also say thank you for their pup cups!

    I went to get my coffe as every morning but today decided to get a large hot coffe . When they gave me my coffe I look small for a large coffe so I ask , it this the large cup and she said yes . So I was confused because that did not look like a large cup and I look around the cup and it says medium and yesterday they messed up my order and it was the same lady.
