  Service was horrible at this location. The wait time was over 20mins and that's because there were only about 5 vehicles in line. Then to make matters worse the employees took at least another 10mins taking turns to stick their heads out of the drive thru window to greet the vehicle in front of me. Finally when I make my way to the window the server gives me my drink and I noticed it was missing the soft top, to which she then had the audacity to say "oh it's there but it must have dissolved in the drink". Making me wonder how long my drink was sitting out while there were at least 8 employees chit chatting away. Ended up spending about 30mins in line to get a watered down drink. I'm very disappointed honestly the worst service I've ever experienced.

  I'm only leaving a one star review cause there isnt a dutch near my location and I have to literally drive 30 mins to get, yet much smaller town around my extended area have a dutch no problem, yet. None near me.

  1000/10, I’m 90% sure they have an underground community dutch bros and gals that manually spin the cogs to keep the building running. No complaints, great drinks, great music, and great people. If i could chose a spot to get married i would absolutely do so in the dutch bros parking lot. When I have children we will go to dutch bros and watch the beautiful hues of orange and blues as the sun sets below the horizon. At my funeral my one wish is for a dutch bros to be poured onto the dirt above my final place of rest. Dear dutch bros, my love, may you never shut down or I’m going down with you in that sinking ship. In my honor order a vampire slayer medium sugar free everything but the pomegranate. Which is an exact 6 dollars and 12 cents (keep it thats way) -Ps. The girl with extra blush deserves a raise shes cool

  Great coffee for the price and they even give you a free coffee on your birthday too!!! Download the app . I recommend avoiding rush hours for the best experience. Thanks again Dutch Bros!!! 😊🫶

  This is by far the worst Dutch Bros location I have ever been to. I don’t even normally drink Dutch Bros!!! i only stopped here because it was nearby! The employees have absolutely no respect for customers and couldn’t care less about who arrived first. They let people cut in line and completely ignore those who have been waiting. When I brought it up, instead of fixing the situation, I was met with a rude attitude and basically told to deal with it and keep waiting. The customer service at this location is terrible, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If you value your time and expect basic courtesy, avoid this location. There are plenty of places that actually know how to treat their customers. I’m not surprised they’ve barely been open and already have so many bad reviews. They’re completely incompetent and clearly don’t know how to run this place or treat customers properly.
