When I walked in the girls gave us added to like, if she didn't wanna work. They didn't have enough brown rice, pinkle beans. Who knows where the kitchen workers were at. Didn't see no manager at all. We canceled the order. Called the 1800 number and I reported. there is pictures on other people's reviews where the restaurant is so nasty they don't clean or take the trash out.

I did a pick up order 1 chicken bowl ,steak bowl and large bag of chips. Getting home i open my bowl and WOW it was very poorly prepared, NO RICE maybe like 1/2 , very little corn ,like 5 sprinkles of lettuce and no chilli sauce . Then get my large bag of chips omg 😡 bag was so empty I SHOULD OF GOT A SMALL BAG !!! Very disappointing definitely will stick with 10th street location.
Management needs to properly train these people.

For being a newer restaurant, this place was a dump. All the tables were dirty, there was food under the tables, two of the drink machines were empty and the grill looked like it had never been cleaned since it opened. I honestly don't understand how this business is still open.
Honestly, I thought people were joking about how dirty this place is….its not a joke. We came in and it was empty and I wish I was exaggerating but every table had trash, hadn’t been wiped, there was no napkins to wipe the table.
The service is whatever nothing special it’s kinda just trying to get you through and out the line so they can stand around and do nothing I guess???
Anyways, it sucks this place is new and it could be so much better but yikes.
I visited this Chipotle during the lunch rush while making deliveries, and I was disappointed by what I observed from the manager on duty. I don’t know his name, but he has light-colored eyes and appeared to be the manager.
The restaurant had a very long line of customers waiting inside, and employees were clearly working hard to keep up with demand. There were only two employees handling online orders, and the situation became so busy that one of them had to stop working on online orders to help serve the customers waiting in line.
What was most frustrating was that the manager appeared to be standing around, smiling, laughing, and talking while the team struggled to keep up with the rush. From my perspective, the employees were doing everything they could while leadership was not actively helping to address the situation.
When I asked to speak with the manager about my concerns, he told me that he was the manager. I explained what I was seeing, and he responded that he could not leave his position. However, from where I was standing, both he and the cashier were largely stationary while other employees worked to handle the long line and online orders. It was difficult to understand why additional support could not be provided during such a busy period.
I understand that managers have responsibilities that customers may not always see, and everyone has a different management style. However, effective leadership during a lunch rush should involve supporting the team, helping where possible, and leading by example. The employees working the line appeared to be doing their best under significant pressure and deserved more support than what I observed.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that steps are taken to improve the customer and employee experience during peak business hours.
