    lost my enchantment with the chain after learning they fired a worker for being a Sabbath keeper even as they knew it during hire. totally unexpected.

    I am writing to share a concern regarding a recent visit to your restaurant. I placed an order for my wife, my son, and myself. When we received our food, my wife’s meal was missing. As a result, I gave her mine so she would have something to eat. I later called the restaurant, not to request anything for free, but simply to make the staff aware so they could be more careful moving forward. Unfortunately, the response I received from the manager was disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, I was told that everything in the order was correct. The conversation made me feel as though I was being treated as if I were trying to get a free meal, which was not my intention at all. At one point, the manager offered to replace the missing items, but at no time during the call was there an apology for the inconvenience. I believe that the first step in handling a situation like this should be to listen to the customer and offer a sincere apology for the mistake. That alone would have made a significant difference. I will admit that I became frustrated during the call and raised my voice, which I regret. However, the situation could have been handled more professionally from the start. I hope this feedback can be used as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of customer service, including listening to concerns, acknowledging mistakes, and responding with professionalism and respect. Thank you for your time and attention.

    When I curbside ordered, I noticed food was being handled faster for those just walking in. Resulting me to get off and when there the manager paid no attention to the guest in front with no concern nor to doing the 2nd mile hospitality. How Chick-fil-A is expected to go, service was whack.

    HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I came to pick up a door dash order and was friendly with the girl upfront and I showed her my order and she said “we are working on it” I was waiting there for literally 30 mins up front, trying to be patient with them since I understand how hectic it can get but I finally spoke up and THE FOOD WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE IN THE CORNER THE WHOLE TIME!!! So so unprofessional!! They need to work on communication because this is just outrageous. So much for being a “friendly” environment…. DO BETTER !!
