  Kailee was not in the mood today, when she took my order it felt like she was trying to rush me, it gave me”you done yet” and I only ordered one meal. When I went to the drive through, she barely acknowledged me, her energy was very angry. And she forgot to give me utensils. The food was good, just her vibes were not welcoming. She didn’t even say “your pleasure”.

  I ordered the Jalapeño Ranch Club and was disappointed to find that the jalapeño ranch sauce was missing. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered poor service at this location. The employees are consistently rude and unfriendly. They never greet with a smile or say “my pleasure” in both the drive-through and dine in restaurant. The drive-through also very often messes up my order or forgets to include items. In the past two years of living near this restaurant, I haven’t had a single positive experience.

  not a fan of the quality of service at this specific location. i frequently drop by the drive thru after i clock out from work at around 9pm, and the wait is long no matter how long the line, and the interactions i have with the employees are very blunt. i’m typically a patient and understanding person, and i hate being those people who pick apart interactions, especially when i know a popular franchise located in front of a college campus can get really busy & there’s only big enough of a team to handle the high volume customer base at times. i don’t expect overly-bubbly service, but there’s been many times where the employees could work on their manners. there was this one instance back in february, where there was literally no one in line but me and the car in front of me. we waited in line for 5-10 minutes with no response. the guy in the car in front of me had to roll down his window to tell me no one’s been responding, gave up waiting, and decided to drive forward. fortunately for me, right when i got to the order area, there was a response, but i felt bad for the guy in front of me who had to wait even longer, placed his order at the pick up window, & park on the curbside to wait and receive his order. my last straw that motivated me to write this review was this past monday around the 9:40-50 pm range. the girl who took my payment and gave my order immediately turned her back to me and continued her conversation with her coworker. no “thank you,” or any sort of proper indication to end the interaction. again, i understand it gets stressful, but it gets to a point where the service has no smile, 1-3 word responses, and just overall a lack of manners. i know the cfa franchise is really big on service, so this blunt interaction shocked me. in comparison, the location on 10th has an efficient flow and reasonable wait time, no matter how long the line. the employees who take and give the orders are very friendly and polite, it never feels awkward or uncomfortable interacting with them. if it were more convenient, i’d go to this location more, however, while both are along the drive home, the university location is closer to my home, and i like to keep my food as warm and fresh as possible (total travel time from work to home is 20+ minutes). it just sucks that the service on university sucks, mediocre at best. management, please do better in training &/or evaluating your current team!

  Ordered my food on the app at 12:45 get to the restaurant at 1 still don’t have it ready they had it ready for me at 1:15 30 minutes later is crazy defeats the whole purpose of ordering online so it’s ready by when I get there

  The food is good, but it takes a really long time to get it and the drive thru even longer. Some of the staff is nice and some of the staff seems too busy to really interact with people, but overall a good place to eat, but definitely not very fast.
