  My first time buying from 7 Brew. The young lady, and the gentle, were very friendly, and courteous. They did a really great job, by ordering what I wanted. A 1/2 green, and 1/2 matcha, with 1/4 of cane sugar, and 1/4 of pomegranate. Thank you guys, for going beyond the service.

  L9ve tbe coffee..but.. I'm trying to call to let you know that music is too loud.. I live right behind you and the music does not let me sleep.You woke me up really early in the morning and I don't like that music..sorry....can you please lower the volume. I AM A US VETERAN..HAVE TO HAVE MY SLEEP AND YOU WOME ME EARLY.but i lo r your coffee.

  My name is Yvette, and I have been a very loyal customer of the 7 Brew Coffee location on Highway 107 in Edinburg, Texas. I'm writing because I am very disappointed with both the customer service and the inconsistent pricing at this location. I order my coffee with regular cream—nothing special or extra. Recently, I was told that if I asked for more than two portions of regular cream, I would be charged an additional fee. Since this didn't seem right, I asked to speak with the manager, Natalia, for an explanation. Unfortunately, Natalia was dismissive and did not seem interested in addressing my concern or explaining the policy. Instead of trying to help, she made me feel like my questions didn't matter. As a loyal customer, I found her attitude unprofessional and disappointing. Because of this experience, I started going to another 7 Brew location. The employees there told me they do not charge customers extra for additional regular cream, which makes it clear that the policy is not being applied consistently between locations. I believe this location has poor management. In my opinion, Natalia does not provide the level of customer service a manager should, and I believe the store would benefit from leadership that values customers and handles concerns professionally. I hope the owners or district management read this complaint, investigate the inconsistent pricing for regular cream, and review the management at the Highway 107 location. Loyal customers deserve consistent policies and respectful treatment. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.
