I met this lady today and she was phenomenal. It was my first time going and she was nothing but helpful. She was patient and kind. I will be a returning guest and will ask for Emeri.

I live close to 7 Brew in Edinburg. I go there very often and I usually have a good experience but not today. I was behind a black truck and the young lady talked and talked and totally ignored me. 5 cars came and went on the other lane but she kept talking. Finally someone came to take my order and the young lady delivers it with an apology. I told her that I had been waiting for a long time and I was the only one there besides her friend. She said, have a nice day and be blessed!!!" I left and was at the light and I could see she was still talking to the guy in the black truck.. I will definitely report her.

Fast and friendly service. I love 7B y’all have great drink options and customization. Large variety of sugar free drinks. The staff is always so friendly to my pup. They help take the time to customize my drink with the new monthly flavors and don’t make me feel rush.

While i regularly go and have a good experience, my experience today will keep from going anymore. There was a girl in the outside lane (wearing a oversized red 7brew shirt, jean shorts, short hair) around noon was extremely rude. After giving her the money for the drink and a tip, she walks off to the inside lane on the otherside of a large truck and started to talk badly about me to the other staff. She probably thought it couldn't be heard because the truck was between us but the sound echoed from the building back to me clear as day. If you plan on talking badly about your frequent customers make sure that they can't hear you. --- I spoke with a shift lead, on 11th, and she was a great point of contact to express concerns and discuss resolutions. Would recommend moving her up as much as able in leadership. ---

First time I have had Seven Brew was during a visit to a local college event. The number of sugar free options they have is top notch. I got something every day I was there. Fantastic drive thru with lots of friendly people and it was always busy when we stopped by in the morning. I have to say it again, their menu is amazing and the app is a great way to peruse the what seems like million options before you arrive. I wish there was a location near me in Kingwood Texas.
