  I feel like ever since they changed the menu and got rid of the "make it a triple 7" option their coffee sucks. Tried different flavors and some that I had tried before and it doesn't taste the same. It tastes cheap and sad now. Also, at this particular Trenton location the staff isn't very friendly. It's like they do their utmost to interact as little as possible with people and just try and get back to conversation with each other. Can't really expect much more from a bunch of teens though I guess.

  The 4 stars are for the coffee. A couple of weeks a staff member recommended one to me and now I’m hooked. Unfortunately, today a girl with a nose ring had the most horrible attitude. She approached me with a sour face and when I asked why she skipped me if I was there before another car drove up. She mentioned her iPad and a bad spot. All I said was oh. However, she felt to add on “nothing personal” with an attitude. Nope! Now it became personal when you talk to a customer like that.

  I have been a regular to this 7 brew for about 2 ish years now and the new staff that 7 brew has are horrible , they look at you like you’re stupid when you create small talk or just a simple “have a great day “ and they just stare at u ? I’m very familiar with all the “veteran “ employees and they always have the best customer service and treat me kind . And I asked for a drink with no dairy … I am very sick and do not feel well at allll I am also diabetic so the requests i asked for were clearly ignored . For my safety I will unfortunately not be back which sucks because I loved 7 brew so much :(
