  i put an online order in at 1030 am and didnt get my food until 1140 am. i sat there for an hour with my 2 year old in the car while nobody came to check on me -even after honking at the runner when it had been 45 minutes of her staring at me every trip in and out. i called three times while waiting only to be told im sorry we're working on it right now and then told about the different systems when i pointed out how i had watched the drivethru line fill up and empty 3 separate times all while waiting for my food. both the manager shelbi and the runner lady -older blonde and a crooked smile- had very poor and dismissive attitudes when i was trying to figure out what was going on and why it was taking an hour to make a burger, 2 orders of hashbrowns and a shake. its summer in texas, it was also starting to become the hottest part of the day. who the hell can idle their car FOR AN HOUR over curbside pickup?? curbside is supposed to be the fastest option and i still had to go through the drive thru to get ANY kind of help. no customer should ever have to wait that long or have to put up with that kind of service. i didnt get a refund, or a free meal or anything to actually make up for the bullcrap i dealt with all i got was a stale pie and a brownie tossed in with my cold food. i only go here because its the better option out of whats in eastland but after that ill just deal with mcdonald's

  Went there for coffee in the morning around 4am. One car In front of me in the drive thru which they made pull forward some. I paid and waited 26 minutes for just a coffee. I had to ask for sugar, cream and a stirrer. I wasn't in a rush but should of no means took that long. And then after I drove off I realized it was luke warm. Ridiculous. I wont be going back.

  Tried to order a patty melt meal and was told they had no Texas toast. Fair enough... Whack it in a bun then... Oh no, not possible! ... Huh!? The website gives you bread options, but the staff can't shove a patty melt into a bun? C'mon.

  We've gone to this whataburger 4 times in the last 3 weeks and each of those times we've waited in the drive through for about 10min. Couple times there was a car infront of us but this last time we were the only ones in the drive through. Last 2 times the food has been cold and fries are very soggy and cold. Up until this past month the food was always amazing fresh and good.
