The second time, we checked our order while we were still in the drive-thru. We told them an item was missing, and the person kept insisting it was there. Finally, someone else stepped in, and said they had to take back the food. They then gave it back, this time with the missing item included. Missing an item was an oopsie. The arguing is what ticked us off. "The extra patty is in the 4-piece-nugget box." "There is no 4-piece-nugget box." "It’s in the bag with the Hot & Spicy." "We didn't order a Hot & Spicy." "We need to take the food back." "The rest of the order is fine! We're just missing the patty for the dogs!"
